I never once said Kavanaugh is "evil." Indeed somewhere deep in this forum, I recalled saying I doubt he would ever touch Roe v. Wade. In fact, there have been cases where a conservative judge ruled in such a manner conservatives don't agree with.

 

Trump does not pick these tools. He is a tool himself and these nominees are picked for him...or else.

Having a questionable justice deciding the most important issues facing our nation will make the decisions equally questionable and no longer carry the weight they once did. IF he is confirmed, this combined with the attacks on our justice system will undermine one of the cores of our system....could be a very bad thing.
