    Mark Judge, alleged witness to a drunken Kavanagh's sexual assault on the 15 year old, and whose memoir "Wasted: Tales of a Genx Drunk" describes a culture of excessive drinking and aggressiveness at the elite prep school, recounts his friend "Bart O'Kavanagh" getting so drunk he passed out.

    Judge is in hiding (in Delaware) and Republicans are loathed to hear his testimony, but I find his claim that that he does not remember Kavanaugh's attack believable, and I believe that Kavanaugh may not remember it either.

    There is little doubt the Georgetown dissipation persisted into college and beyond.

    What's overwhelming about invisible? That's about the size of it. Compared to 200 women calling BS on Fords claim, it doesn't amount to squat, except in the minds of the obsessed.

    They have to be requested by the jurisdictional agency not congress who has no jurisdiction either. And please the FBI has already invetigated Kavanaugh six times without this ever coming up.

    Now you contradict yourself. But we will start with you giving hard evidence that the FBI cannot investigate this issue. Your opinion does not rule here.

    If K was "capable of assault" then, then he can be now. chingler and others have no qualifications to judge the man's ability to make such a statement.

    America does not need this man ruling on Roe v Wade and other civil liberties.

    I think the important part of this is " Brett and I did not socialize beyond the first few days of freshman year." Obviously these two had different interests and did not do anything together but sleep and do homework in the same area which is a common occurrence. I am not sure if that makes him qualified to state that much about the Judge beyond they did not get along.

    What part of Jurisdiction do you not understand? The two cases are local. They would first have to be taken up by the local authorities who would then have to request the bureau's help.

    The FBI has investigated Judge Kavanaugh repeatedly pursuant to his employment by various government agencies which would require him to have a secret or top secret security clearance. For each such they would have talked to everyone who ever new him. and anything untoward would have barred him from those positions.

    I'm not disagreeing with you - but I don't limit it to Kavanaugh. It is a travesty that people's lives - on the right and left - are destroyed for political reasons.

    Maybe we ought to change that. Why don't we find someone who can allege some type of assault from Feinstein, Gilbrand or Hirono. That would be at most delicious.
