    All White House personnel are required to use their Official White House email to communicate by law. No matter what they are communicating. This is legally mandated by the "Presidential Records Act"

    no it doesn't, if congress wants to make personal email use illegal for government business, they need to make a law declaring it illegal - until then it's stupid to do so, but not illegal - talk to Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) about his amendment to allow personal email.....
