Ive called him the teenager who demonstrated poor judgement and should be held accountable for his actions just like anyone else who participated.

If a girl was raped in the situation someone here continues to divert to, I would hope the rapist was apprehended and dealt with. If the girl returned to the frat house and shot and killed the rapist, she should not receive a free pass.
