Oh! Look! the Epstein story has hit the Israeli press which the Israeli people already knew about. It seems Epstein was close friend of former Israeli prime minister Ehud Barak. It all stinks to high heaven. So the the White House is verifiable a mafia-fascist whorehouse and young ones to boot!.
I got a tip...follow Epstein's money. In capitalist society money is Truth, money is G-d. Follow G-d.

    1. Who at the DOJ directed Acosta to put together this agreement that essentially allowed a serial teenage rapist and sex trafficker of girls to continue for another 15 years? You don't know the answer because you only have Acosta's unsubstantiated blame-shifting.
    2. Acosta knew full well that he was allowing a dangerous serial rapist to continue his destruction, why didn't refuse to go along with this? Why didn't he insist on squeezing the accomplices into turning State's evidence? He's a SENATE CONFIRMED PRESIDENTIAL APPOINTEE, a DECISION-MAKER, not a lackey. The 53 page indictment Acosta swept under the rug speaks of up to 60 underage victims routinely trafficked across State Lines, that is a level of criminal conduct that if vigorously prosecuted is worthy of a life sentence.
    3. Acosta is no dummy, he's served as both a courtroom judge and clerked for Alito, and graduated top of his class from Harvard. He knew EXACTLY what he was doing.
WHO at the DOJ and FBI were "heavily involved"? And what do you mean by "heavily involved?" Was Acosta DIRECTED to draft this non prosecution agreement? By Who? And why didn't he refuse in order to protect Epstein's future victims?
    Speculation by who?

No. That's an ADDITIONAL question that does nothing to exonerate Acosta.

Everything always seems so obvious in hindsight. If Acosta actually knew that Epstein was a sex trafficker and worked to lighten his sentence when it would have been harsher, then he should resign. Else, there is no reason to.

Well, under AG Barr, Epstein was raided and arrested, hopefully Barr is the kind of REAL Law and Order AG's that we deserve.

No. We have Acosta's signed non-prosecution agreement. It's all your bullshit about WHY we have this hard fact that is just speculation.

Oh, look. The Epstein corporate child rape scandal is being used by Trump's friend Netanyahu against his political opponent Ehud Barak. Hmmmm. But Trump is using Epstein against Bill Clinton. However, Epstein has singled to the oligarchs to not worry. LOL!!!!

Wow!!! I think I will re-subscribe to Cable TV News after 19 years when I cancelled it.

You are the one speculating. The hard facts are that Acosta entered into a non-prosecution agreement that allowed a serial rapist and trafficker of teen-agers to continue operating for 15 years.

It is a HARD FACT that Acosta broke the law by not informing Epstein's rape victims that a non-prosecution agreement was being formulated.

    Good Questions.

The Deal Happened DURING the GW Bush Administration.

The GOP probably has the answers. Ask them.:salute:

According to Acosta, he was the "real hero".

Except that Acosta’s Legal Explanation for Epstein’s Plea Deal Doesn’t Add Up

Acosta explaining how he was the real hero in his non-prosecution saga that allowed Epstein to rape and sex traffic young girls for another 15 years.
Acosta entered into a non-prosecution agreement with serial rapist and sex trafficker of young girls in 2007. Federal charges filed Monday in the Southern District of New York that encompass the conduct that was the basis for the Florida case that Acosta entered into a non-prosecution agreement on.

For 55 minutes Acosta made excuses and blame-shifted failing to explain three key things.

First, he blamed state prosecutors for HIS OWN actions. He said that the Palm Beach County Prosecutor was prepared to allow Epstein to plead guilty to soliciting prostitution charges that would have brought no jail time whatsoever before Acosta intervened to stop it. Instead, the parties agreed that Epstein would plead guilty to a single count of soliciting a prostitute, serve an 18-month custodial sentence, register as a sex offender, and pay restitution to his victims, YET, Acosta entered into a global non-prosecution agreement. Acosta was not bound by any decisions made by the state prosecutor. The state prosecutor was free to o what he wanted with the state case and Acosta was free to pursue his own separate federal charges. Epstein faced significantly longer prison time for his alleged violations of federal sex-trafficking laws. So why did Acosta feel the need to end his own investigation to secure a custodial sentence in the state case, rather than allowing the state case to proceed and pursuing his own case separately?

The evidence in the state case was sufficient only for the prostitution count. The U.S. Attorney’s Office had a separate investigation, which resulted in a 53-page indictment that was “abandoned after secret negotiations between Rapist and Sex Trafficker Epstein’s lawyers and Acosta. The State Prosecutor had NO INVOLVEMENT in the negotiations that resulted in the federal non-prosecution agreement or the confidentiality arrangement that kept everything hidden from the victims. Regardless of the outcome of the state case, the U.S. Attorney’s Office always had the ability to file its own federal charges. Acosta did not need to “rescue” the state case. He could have simply ignored it and filed his own.

    Acosta's story doesn't add up.

Lol...I liked how trump suddenly claimed he barely knew the guy after they were sexcapade buddies for years. He must be petrified that epstein will throw him under the bus to help himself.

They had a 53 page Federal Indictment, but rather than prosecuting the case, Acosta entered into a completely unnecessary non-prosecution agreement with a rapist sex trafficker of teen age girls on OUR behalf? He blame-shifts others, but this was HIS decision and his story doesn't add up. For one thing, nothing about the State case compelled Acosta to deliberately throw the Federal case.

    Secondly,

Acosta story about why the agreement was kept a secret from the victims, in violation of Federal Law. A federal court found that he not only violated the law but that he deliberately misled the victims into believing that federal charges were still possible many months after the NON-PROSECUTION agreement was signed. When asked at the press conference about lying to the victims, Acosta made up a pile of crap about not wanting compromise the credibility of the victims as witnesses, because they could be portrayed on cross-examination as biased against Epstein, not because he raped and sex trafficked but because they stood to receive restitution upon conviction? What a load.

At the time of Epstein's trial, Obama was a candidate for president.

That explains why Acosta entered into a non-prosecution agreement, not only with the serial rapist and se trafficker of young girls, but Acosta also agreed not to charge Epstein’s co-conspirators, WHY?

Acosta listed by name some of Epstein’s employees, who Acosta agreed not to charge, but the agreement went on to include “any potential co-conspirators,” a description that could include anyone, WHY?

The open-ended description prevented prosecution of Epstein’s individual employees, to be sure, but also prevented charges against anyone else who conspired with Epstein, no matter what they did, WHY?

Acosta claimed Alan Dershowitz and Ken Starr, the dirt bag rapist's lawyers threatened to harm the reputations of his prosecutors by digging up personal information about them. So, Acosta's response is to give into threats rather report them to the court or investigate them for obstruction of justice? Acosta's lying his ass off.

The DOJ Office of Professional Responsibility is investigating the handling of the case, and prosecutors in the Southern District of New York will be presenting evidence about the conduct that was the subject of the agreement. I am confident that one or both of those efforts will reveal the truth.

The billionaire now charged with child sex trafficking reportedly never once checked in with the NYPD — and cops were fine with it.

See! I told you the NYPD are really a bunch of great guys! Everybody is always putting down our men in blue, the protectors of society, our very finest were okay with letting Epstein not check in with the NYPD. I mean the traffic is really heavy in New York and where the heck would Epstein park his jet plane! I just won't have everyone bad mouthing the NYPD, besides they got a mafia problem themselves. The NYPD knows that everyone needs to get a break once in awhile and they wouldn't want to interfere with Epstein because he is a Wall Street investor, and a mathematical genius and is even known to law enforcement as a "really, really fun guy."

    Sure.

Epstein was probably using his underage harem to "pay off" the cops.
