Left-wing talk radio is crashing and burning in the Pacific-Northwest!!!!!!!!!!!!

Surprisingly, leftist talk radio could be on its way out in out of all cities, Portand, Oregon and Seattle, Washington. It looks like left-wing poltics could be on a very rapid decline. Not good news for lefties, especially considering these two cities. Maybe after more has come out after the election, more people are thinking to themselves, WTF did I just do? Maybe now they are beginning to see the Democrat party hates America.

Liberals can't do talk radio because it required anger and dishonesty....and since liberalism always wins out, we don't have a fearful base to prey upon

I got news for you; there hasn't been any real liberal talk radio in this country in over 30 years. The one's claiming to be liberal are only moderate talk stations.

Corporate giant takes down progressive talk stations all over the country, and you know why? Not because no one listens, those stations have decent ratings and bring money.... The reason is to silence free speech, Rush's lies will always benefit Big Business better than Thom Hartmann explaining everything using facts and history. And you know what - they can take it, time of terrestrial radio is over, internet radio will take over it in next 5 years....

 

Clear Channel has a long and checkered history of supporting right-wing opinion. It was Clear Channel, backed by anonymous groups, which put up the voter fraud billboards in Ohio (which it was forced to take down).

Mere coincidence, I'm sure, but Clear Channel is partially owned by Bain Capital.

I listen radio mostly in my car and these new cars that come out have internet access..... Do you know how easy is it to find an online radio to listen?

More stupid detachment from reality. It doesn't matter if radio waves are no longer used to convey these thoughts; the people conveying them will be the same. ClearChannel, in fact, has launched a very successful internet radio app called I♥Radio - and the same people on the airwaves are the same people broadcast there. Your point about internet radio isn't completely inconsequential, however. Now, Conservatives which could only be heard in a local market can now be heard anywhere with 'net access.
