Of course not, and, similarly, observing a person's color, as long as that fact isn't being used against the person or used to discriminate, isn't racism.

Technically that's not true. Roe allowed varying levels of state regulation by the trimester. In other words, it's always been the case that the government was allowed to regulate women's abortion rights, even under Roe.

 

States can now BAN abortion so yes its true.

 

Roe allowed them to ban it, depending on the stage of pregnancy.

 

But now there are no limitations.

Why is the left so worried about the Roe decision anyway? If EVERYONE except a very few agree with them that abortion is a right, surely the voters in the states will vote to make it legal, right? No worries, democracy will prevail.
