White people are 59.4% of arrests BUT 73% of the population so by Capita they are MASSIVELY below average. That means minorities are doing a massive amount of crime - - - Updated - - - In the USA? because the Majority of people are white. - - - Updated - - - why is it that the left cannot understand statistics?

When Rodney King resisted arrest and fought the police, the only way the police could get him into custody was by beating him. When Michael Brown attacked a cop, and tried to get the cop's gun, putting the cop in fear for his life, the officer shot him in self-defense. Were the riots sparked by those events non-violent/victimless offenses?
How does a "no" answer to this negate "Lastly, the majority of crimes committed by Black people are non-violent/victimless offenses?"
