The only (ONLY) issue the school board is potentially culpable for here is they allowed the student to transfer to another nearby school (which disturbingly is the school my son just graduated from) while he was being investigated for the first assault... THAT does need to be addressed...

This has little to nothing to do with your Pro-Trans headcase issue... there's very little that will stop a boy, regardless of what he is wearing, from entering the girls bathroom to assault somebody.

 

There's a difference when they are invited in by Leftists and just walk in by everyone's notice when it's not allowed. How you miss that distinction is amazing. The first girl may have bailed immediately when she saw a guy walk in, or at least scream. Under the Leftist policy she probably felt like she was the bad person if she had that reaction.... which should have been a normal reaction. Leftists are trying to condition people into behaving as if this extreme anomaly is normal.... and it's getting women/girls abused and raped, yet here they are defending it.

There is no mays or probablies. Why was the kid on the second campus? He never belonged in the Girl's Room in the first place, but his trans affiliation and dress allowed it which made the 1st rape possible.
