    I am fully aware of the published specs on drones.
    There are not enough drones to maintain 7/24 operation over an area twice the size of Wyoming and given a top speed of 300 mph, it could be an hour or two or even three away from any target of opportunity.

    But it can maintain 24/7 over a specific area. But human intel must first provide a specific location before drones can be sent. Did our intel services know about this meeting in time to get a drone overhead?
