    The power of impeachment charges Congress with oversight.
    This is a red herring. Of course, there are limits to Congressional power.

    But it is simply unacceptable for a President to refuse all House subpoenas. He should be censured or impeached.

    Removal is ALL they have the President does not report to them nor do they manage the President.

    Not according to you guys and if someone bucks them and tells them go to court that is a crime.

    It is simply unacceptable for a President to have to comply with all House demands for privileged information, they can go to court.

    What is "cherry picking" about citing the RCP average that shows against removal from office? You said I was cherry picking, how so?

    Congress rightly oversees how the President spends our tax dollars. It requires information from the Executive.
    You guys? What are you talking about? Trump should be removed for refusing all House subpoenas.
    Trump was impeached for refusing all subpoenas, not some subpoenas.

    This isn't about the various cabinets they oversee and what subpoenas that were issued for non-protected persons, testimony and documents?
