Negro- and Jew-hating White Trash are definitely an interesting phenomenon.

Sort of the flip side of White-hating Negroes.

Actually we did just fine during the Age Of Sail.

But gasoline and diesel were major inventions.

The major players were of course Moses, Jesus, St. Paul, and Constantine. But when Constantine's mom and dad were both converted and then Constantine joined it changed the whole world.

In ancient times they saved their vinegar and together with a sponge on a stick wiped their butts that way.

You can also use sand to wipe your butt with in a pinch.

Or leaves of course -- just watch out for the poison ivy and oak.

    History debates Jesus' parentage.

Some ancient scholars have said his father was a Roman centurion named Pantherus.

That would make him half Italian.

That his mother was Jewish leaves out any possibility for Arab -- the Arabs were still fokking goats and camels in the Arabian deserts at the time of Jesus and did not have interface outside of their vagabond bands of camel jockeys.

The Chinese made the conscious decision to close their doors to the outside world, and thereafter other than a few brilliant inventions like gunpowder, the compass, iron smelting, silk, etc. the Chinese fell behind the Europeans during the Industrial Revolution.

"The laws of nature were his religion. He could reconcile his violence better with nature than with the Christian doctrine of loving your neighbour and your enemy."

The Japanese had their shot at world dominance at the turn of the 20th Century (early 1900's) but they blew it big time on Dec 7, 1941.

The Germans had their last shot too fairly recently but blew it on Dec 11 of that same year when Adolf declared war on the USA. Of course he was by then probably already doomed by his failed Russian offensive same as Napoleon had been.

    Language is a given.

Even my cat speaks a language of his own.

All mammals speak some kind of language.

Humans just do it a bit more complex -- nouns, verbs, adjectives and adverbs.

Potatoes are perfect for making vodka !!

And they are the easiest plant to grow for food anywhere it will grow.

Exception might be the rice patties of Indochina and the rest of Asia.

Bears, cats, and deer/elk/moose make scratches on trees to communicate as well.

Humans are not the only ones who "write".

    An abortion tangent.

This issue deserves a national debate once and for all and then let it die.

Or with other words: Justice and laws have nothing to do with each other as long as no one tries to bring them in harmony. The natural human rights are only worth the paper they are written on in case they are also human rights if other ways seem to be more easy. Who kills a human being still destroys a universe. This was always in this way and it will be always the same.

    Greatest accomplishment of mankind

The development and use of energy. You can argue that a spacecraft or monument will far outlive mankind, but that is irrelevant. If nobody is around to appreciate it, what good is it? We are only able to sustain 8 billion people on this planet because of our use of energy to pump water, grow crops, distribute goods, etc....... It can also be misused and make us lazy, but could this world support 8 billion people on the technology of 300 years ago?

Bist Du Dir da sicher? Hast Du Dich schon mal mit Deiner Katze darüber unterhalten, ob der Herr Schrödinger noch lebt oder schon tot ist?

During the era of sail, sailors would hang their butts over the bow of a ship and pooped then there was a long rope hanging on the bow that extended into the sea. After pooping the sailor would pull the rope up and wipe his butt with the ships communal butt wipe rope.

I could be wrong but landlubbers used corn cobs.

    Yes I'm positive.

My cat is smarter and more eloquent that most people are.

And Schrodingers Cat is a funny allegory.

The abortion issue in the USA is extremely complex.

On the one hand you have the definition of individual freedom, which although not mentioned in the US Constitution regarding women or their abortion rights, is inferred by the Burger Court in Roe V. Wade. It is bad law but it is current law still.

On the other hand you have the humanist definition of life and whether we should give feti (plural of fetus) human rights, as we have all other races of man, and animals, and the environment.

Only a majority rule vote can possibly settle the issue once and for all.

And then one side or the other -- the losers -- will simply need to agree to disagree.
