I fully support it and I do not smoke it. I support it for Prohibition taught us a lesson that the idiots cannot comprehend. And I do not think that a State or another human being has a god given right to own my body or anyone's body, so as to say what that person can consume or not consume. It is the most fundamental and basic god given right, personal sovereignty. And anyone who demands to own another person's body is a dangerous human being, and fascist in nature. We don't need no stinkin' fascists in America.

The man who wants to keep it illegal, making a crime of it, should be the one thrown into prison, for robbing a man of a god given right.

 

If I still had my business, if I did not retire, and my insurance company demanded a drug test, hell, I would let my employees know ahead of time, so they could get it out of their urine. You know, lay off, or I would (*)(*)(*)(*) for them so the could pass it.

I would never have fired someone for smoking weed in his time off. But like drinking, no one wants that to happen while at work, just for safety reasons. But what a man does when he is off is his own business not mine, and certainly not the business of some pencil pusher at an insurance company. Who the hell do these corporation think they are?

I am afraid we still have too many people in this nation that demand to own someone else's body. Gives them a feeling of power over the other person, one nefarious ego trip. I think we would be better off if we just imprisoned these people who demand to own another's body, to take his personal sovereignty away just because they do not like someone getting high when they are off from work.

For if I do not own my own body, thereby putting into it whatever I see fit, then this idea of freedom is a sham, a joke. And personal sovereignty has to be the most basic fundamental god given right, which man has no business in taking away. And if man does try to take it away, he should be locked up where he cannot impose his tyranny upon others. For he is much more dangerous than a man who likes to get high, to relieve some stress caused by having to live in a society that is basically insane.

 

every time I sign a new contract with any government agency they require a drug test from the employees that will be on the job site..sometimes that same employee may have to take a drug test 3 times a month...so there is wait time to get clean..just be clean all the time..

it isnt the liability insurance company..its because of the heavy equipment that is involved and any job for the government it is required...working at airports.air bases..prisons ..schools...

we actually went to the doctors office to have ours done on our own time.... I do not do drugs and I was still worried about a false positive... as they do happen, I was lucky I guess, I passed, cause no one would believe you if you failed
