walking home with his Skitttles and Iced Tea.Both Trayvon and his Father
did not live in that gated Community.His Father was shacking up with his
girlfriend in Sanford.Trayvon should have been going to school the following day
but he was suspected from school { some 200 miles away in Miami }.
It was Trayvon's 3rd suspension.When originally questioned about Trayvon's
school activities and disciplanry problems,his Parents said he was never
suspended.
Trayvon { Not walking home } but was hanging around the gated Community
talking on his cell phone to Jeantel.Trayvon noticed a guy in a car { Zimmerman }
and was getting antsy.That is when Trayvon told his girlfriend ,Jeantel
about some " creepy ass cracker ". That is when Trayvon started towards
Zimmerman's car,circling it.Then ran off.Hid in the shrubs and waited.
Then jumped Zimmerman from behind coldcocking him and uttering
" you are going to die tonight ".
