I say everyone should be on record anyway, at all times and about all issues. So you think this is just turtle boy playing turtle games, yeah probably right about that. Why should he take government seriously now?

Yes.....this is a game wherein Demos and leftists lose in every way. So a very very good game, indeed!

Interesting observation, given the children elected to Congress by the Democrats.

Evidently you do.....that's why you came with what you did. All that turtle boy stuff. Forgetting that the Turtle beat the rabbit in the race.

    You get what you give.

Still that doesn't give your Demos any pass for being failures since the creation of their party. 10 years doesn't even compare to that Demo failing history. But don't worry.....at least you always know what to expect from your kind.

Getting rid of coal certainly would be good for the country. Or maybe we should just build a coal fired plant next door to Mar A Lago.

Currently 30% of our energy comes from coal. The Green New Deal would also eliminate all fossil fuels. What would you replace them with?

Most dems will find some way to weasel out of voting on it by saying more time is needed to work out the details, or some other lame excuse. The hardcore socialists with safe seats will vote yes on it.

    Brilliant.

It could only POSSIBLY be better if McConnell puts the Bill into a pop-up book format.

We could harness the terror of leftists who flip the light switch and are greeted with nothing but darkness.

A hydroelectric dam powered by their tears, perhaps.

No actually, the "free market" isn't interested in making investments in public infrastructure. They are only motivated by profit.

But I get how you can't differentiate.

I get how the ol 'death panel" bullshit works on the ignorant and disinterested partisan.

I also get how worried you regressive trumpettes are. Hows' that making coal great again campaign going, these days?

Yep. And when people are able to profit from the demand for a change in infrastructure, that change will happen.
That's how change happens in a free society, see...

I know you're infatuated with the idea of a state-run with a command economy; I am at a loss as to why you do not understand it does not work.

Yeah, America doesn't have an infrastructure problem. It doesn't have an environmental problem. It doesn't have an energy problem. It doesn't have any problems that need a bold strategy.

Nothing like not confronting reality in service of corrupt special interests.

I see you have no clue how the entire economy profits from efficient cost effective infrastructure services.

I am not for state control of the means of production and agree 100% that marxist/leninism/communism is a disastrous dead end.

That you can only view things from a binary perspective and obviously don't understand how that isn't reflective of reality is not something I am at a loss for as to why.

When you can comment with relevance, let me know.
Societal-level economic change does not come from the government.

Tell that to the thousands of construction companies bidding on school construction, road paving, bridge building, etc around the nation.
