Have ya' all not been watching Dirty, Dumb, Deranged Donald spinning out of control. It is only going to get worse. Come 2020, even Snoopy may finally have that shot at the presidency.

Interesting picks. I think Amy is the most intelligent and could be a contender if it was 10 years ago. Still, she would need to be more center left that far left. Harris, no way. Too self serving, hateful of whites and carries too much baggage. Ryan doesn't have much charisma and doesn't have much name recognition. He won't get any big money funding that he will need. He won't flame out but he will drop out. He's gone as far as he ever will. Swalwell is an oddball who blew it. His conspiracy garbage that he can't back up makes him a fool of the party (one of several). He's now in the same category as mad Max, nuts. Pete is smart enough but too progressive and too gay for the WH.

With the rule changes dems made, it may come down to a brokered convention unless they cheat again. I'm already bored. They should all go home now.

The Democrat party is going to screw Sanders over just like they did in 2016. He's stupid for believing anything could be different with cheating Dems....who would WANT to have the same "values" as they do?

Democratic Party establishments hates and fears the new progressives maybe as much or more than Republicans do.

Progressive policies that the majority of Americans say they want horrify Democratic Party donors.

I think Bernie would have given Trump a run for his money in 2016.

Far more positive candidate than Hillary was.

I agree. They will let him campaign and raise money for them first. Last time, the DNC and Hillary stole over $280 million that he raised. Then they kicked him to the curb. Then they got him to endorse Hillary. What a moron. :roflol:

No, just reading and laughing at silly comments like this. Better put that $100 grant you got to a community college to better use. Thoughts and beliefs like that could lead to a life of emptying bags of potatoes into a deep fryer.

I defiantly do agree with you on that point. This cycle started nearly 6 months earlier that the last election. That will make it about 2 1/2 years from the time cable news started jabbering until the election. Way too long.

There is no way cable news could survive without the drama they create.

I don't know what would be worse, being an actor/ musician, being a politician or being a cable news guy. They all have to repeat their same act over and over every day.

Probably being a cable news guy would be the most boring. They have to repeat the same 10 minutes of any real news every hour sometimes for 3 or more days in a row.

I can only imagine what crazy Bernie would try to do. Bernie doesn't have the balls to standup to any world leaders. If congress won't work with Trump, what makes you think they would work with Bernie? His proposals all need approval of congress. They are not going to approve trillions we don't have. He's not presidential. He is not wise. Anyone who thinks he is has to be as crazy as he is.

Bernie would sell out for $$$ much like Hillary Clinton did with Putin and much like Obama did when he shipped pallets of cash to Iran in exchange for hostages. Bernie is incapable of being a leader. He hides in the Senate is among a list of people who has a lot to say but can't actually get anything done. None of his ideas are feasible and he is an outcast lunatic with a rabid following of progressives who hang on his every move.

neither does Trump, Trump is all bark and no action

Trump is easily manipulated, all one has to do is stroke his fragile ego or attack his fragile ego

I'm surprised Meghan McCain gets anything other than triple meat cheeseburgers and donuts. Good god that woman has blown up. I saw her several months ago and then just the other day and I swear she's gained 75 pounds to go along with the 200 she already had. I would not want to get in between her and a pork chop. :hungry:

Whether this is a matter of serious analysis or merely a matter of wishful thinking, remains to be seen.

A sitting president is quite difficult to defeat for re-election. Within my lifetime--and I was born in 1948--it has happened only twice to a president who was previously elected: in 1980 (Jimmy Carter) and in 1992 (George H.W. Bush). (I am not including 1976, as Gerald Ford was not previously elected; he merely inherited the job when Richard Nixon resigned.)

Still, it should probably be noted that Donald Trump is not quite the same as any previous president--he is, in fact, quite polarizing--so whether this standard will continue to hold up, remains a bit uncertain.

And it should also be noted that President Trump did not win the popular vote--Hillary Clinton won almost three million more popular votes, by running up big surpluses in states that are very blue, anyway--and it is somewhat uncertain if he could again win, in 2020, without carrying the popular vote.
