And Ms. Faulkner is a REAL conservative too, unlike the $20 million dollar woman Megyn Kelly.

Kelly has been trying to get an MSM gig for years. She has no principles to speak of and will do whatever she thinks will help her advance her career. She'll gladly be NBC's token conservative, kind of like Joe Scarborough on MSNBC.

A top 2 star at a Fox? She was behind O'Reilly and Hannity. So at best she was #3.

At least she knows how to retain some dignity, after being as one of the most laughable networks in television history, and being able to keep a straight face about it. After all, she must've had blood coming out from you know, wherever.

Her leaving Fox for NBC has no impact on me what so ever. I never watched nor cared for her.

Not to me and never was. She's flat and skinny. But beauty is more than just being flat and skinny, she's obnoxious, arrogant and full of herself.

She may have a couple thousand followers switch. And that's pushing it. But I'm sure NBC with show high ratings for her.

No one cares about your personal opinion of the network.

    The people have spoken

Fox News Channel ratings top all cable networks
    http://www.foxnews.com/entertainmen...gs-top-all-cable-networks-for-first-time.html

    Deal with the reality.

That's got to be a lot of disgruntled folk, nursing homes, and retirement communities. That's the only demographic their far-right messaging would speak to.

I used to like her when she was doing legal analysis stuff on O'Reilly, but once she had her own program she started getting a bit high brow. Now, it's like she can't decide between modeling & anchoring and is trying to do both. She's always dressed to the 9's (slicked back hair & tight leather..hot for sure, but not exactly "appropriate for a news anchor) & comes across almost overbearing & snarky in the way she handles guests on her program.

Probably a dual-dynamic here. Kelly hurt herself with a sizable portion of Fox viewers when she mounted her big ongoing pissing-match with Donald Trump last year during the campaign. Plus, her show, coming as it did after Bill O'Reilly's show, was often just a rehash of things that Bill had already covered in one way or another. She did a very good job, but by the time she was on the air, the news wasn't so "BREAKING!" anymore....

Now, that coupled with the fact that NBC ponied up the BIG dough to outbid Fox is what finally made the icing-on-cake difference. Kelly is very good at what she does, is very well-informed, and has a commanding presence. NBC's ratings have been tanking for years because of the smothering echo chamber that you always see in the hyperliberal "news" propaganda organs. But, the country is definitely swinging back to being more Conservative again, and NBC badly needed somebody to pull them out of the ditch.

Kelly can do that, IF (a very big IF) she can stomach working there. The über-"progressive" bull(*)(*)(*)(*) chefs are going to have to back away from the stove and let her cook, because, IMHO, she's not going to be content to just sit there and read liberal pablum and drivel. She does have too much integrity and professionalism than to do that....

Celebrities, man. It's pretty crazy. Interestingly, those who worry about wealth inequality don't seem to be bothered by that.

NBC has a bigger audience than Fox.

Kelly knows that the right wing audience is finite. She can read the demographics. She also knows that they're old.

She knows that if she wants a long career in television, she will have to broaden her reach considerably,

Fox may be the number one cable TV news network, but they are a small part of the overall market.

Bye meg. Its gonna be nice to watch fox without you stinking it up. Friday night is the last your ratings will matter. Tucker is a better fit for that time anyway.

Tell us what political operatives run the New York Times. The DNC

Tell us what stories they got wrong that they never corrected. Sri Lankan Civil War

Show us the mea culpa Fox did when the birther movement that it promoted turned out to be another silly right wing conspiracy theory. Obama's unknown and hidden past isn't a closed issue. Why do you think Obama is so worried and trying to delegitimize the elections and President-elect Trump ?

I won't bother with the last bit. No problem.

I doubt that you've ever even read a newspaper, much less the one you're running your mouth about. I read the N.Y. Times, it's America's Wikileaks, publishing secret and classified documents (Pentagon Papers) and even illegally publishing Donald Trumps tax returns. I wonder how Obama's DOJ investigation on who released Trump's tax returns are coming along ?
