Kelly is/was slotted to NBC news not entertainment, Maddow is time slotted to MSNBC entertainment not news. There is a valid difference here that most peeps are unaware of re network time slots re news vs. entertainment.

That's because you are mentally and emotionally removed from black culture and in denial about the extensive, pervasive and ongoing discrimination against this group. In your mind, it is no different than the discrimination against members of your ethnicity in America. That is not an accurate representation of history or present day reality.

You will perhaps get your desire for a less sensitive society in two or three more generations. I can see signs of this in my children and other members of the younger generation, but only if the racists continue to outnumbered by people who are inclusive and there is less inequality. Otherwise, we'll all be like rats on a wheel. People who forget history are bound to repeat it.

NBC is just another crooked MSM Fake News network. Kelly should sue the hell out of them for breach of contract and defamation and fraud in the inducement.
