    Great "contribution" to the topic.

So it will be back to economy stifling regulations and open borders? I doubt they would pick Barack, he is ineligible. Michelle is a different story. Keep in mind a recent poll indicated only 53% of Sanders supporters committed to voting for Biden if he wins.

That's very likely since surely these former candidates must know that almost certainly Trump is going to be re-elected. That means that promises of a cabinet position or other sweet political postings would be meaningless.

    From the 12th amendment.....

"But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States."

    Sorry Charlie.

I think Biden will pick either Michelle OB or Hillary, but I think it will be Michelle. This way Biden can resign for health reasons after 6 months and MO becomes President.

    I seriously doubt that.

In fact, I would say their is ZERO Chance of that happening.

He’s not ineligible to hold the office, just to be elected to it.

So how's he going to get there if he can't be elected vice-president or president?

There is some still unresolved Constitutional Ambiguity regarding the 12th and 22nd Amendments.

It is still an Open Question.

But, you are correct, there is nothing that Definitively Prohibits it.
