Common sense from the ECHR, they blocked the migrants landing on italian shores. The NGO said they would break the italian law and also EU law to force their cargo on land.

Thats how NGO are, respecting law only when it suits them. Europe is sick of this ****.

The European Court of Human Rights has ruled against the migrant rescue ship, ‘Sea-Watch 3’, after it appealed for an emergency decree to allow migrants stranded on the ship to disembark in Italy.

The ruling comes as the vessel remains stranded in international waters near Italy, with 42 migrants on board.

Italy’s Interior Minister Matteo Salvini welcomed the decision, tweeting that Strasbourg had confirmed his country’s ‘choice of order, common sense, legality and justice’.

But the European Court of Human Rights did indicate that Italian authorities must continue to provide all necessary assistance to vulnerable people on board the ship.

The Dutch rescue ship, Sea-Watch 3, is owned by a German charity and has been waiting for somewhere to dock since rescuing 53 people in international waters in the Libyan Search and Rescue Region.

The NGO ignores teh court ruling and currently entered italian waters against the order of the italian authorities.

These NGO´s must be destroyed and i think this can be a good case.

Italy just recently made a law that punishs this behavior and it allows to confiscate the ship, put the crew in prison and fine up to 150.000.

Italy has every right to turn away those illegal aliens. Just one more time German interests are screwing up the 1st world.

This ship is registered in Amsterdam and owned by an NGO which has nothing to do with official German politics or the German government, therefore it has nothing to do with "German interests". Such a claim is highly inaccurate, no matter whether on purpose or based on sheer ignorance. I do see, however, that these facts are way too complicted for some and that a self-fabricated, albeit completely false, narrative is a lot easier to grasp.

First ... No, they have not the right ... look on international sea right please!
Second ... they are Dutch registered and not German and they are a European charity, not a German...
Third ... Germany offers to take the 50 persons but Italy does not react on it ...

And finally ... your hate speech against my country is simply rediculous...

From what I understand, Sea Watch is a German NGO based in Berlin. Sea Watch 3 sails with a Dutch flag, but it is part of a German NGO. Didn't Italy want the 42 migrants spread out through the EU? That seems fair. Why doesn't Germany take them?

You would have to ask the captain of the ship. This NGO is based in Germany, but they have nothing to do with the German government as the false comment I replied to suggested. This NGO's policies have nothing to do with official German policies. The captain of this ship does what she thinks has to be or should be done. Today the ship has tried to make port in Lampedusa.
