New videos of after the arrest have been released.
If he continues with his lawsuit, i am sure this will help his case.

Let's see how the usual suspects attempt to defend this. I have a feeling that it will be quiet

I have never seen a suspect behave so calmly and politely after being treated so unfairly.

I normally back the police, but this is ridiculous. First, it was a parking violation. If you want to give him **** for parking across 2 handicap stops so be it. But give him a damn ticket and let him go. There was absolutely no reason to keep him there and call a half dozen police!

    Some police are just incompetent.

True he parked across a few handicap spots, but he wasn’t overly belligerent. He seemed calm. The cop had no reason to keep him there. He should have took his information and gave him a ticket

It's a class B misdemeanor in my state with up to a $1000 fine and a year in jail. He was kept there when he told the police officer not to touch after getting in the officers face. The officer only called for his back up, the dispatcher got it wrong and more units showed up.

Here's a hint, when you are having an encounter with the police, ESPECIALLY if you know you are wrong and in violation of the law, do NOT get BELIGERENT, do not refuse to give you name. Do NOT tell the officer what HE has to do. When they tell you to take your hands out of your pocket do so and do so slowly. The only reason this guy was taken down was his own actions.

Yes he sounded like he might have been on something, calm. And what is "wasn't overly belligerent". Belligerence equals threat. And after getting in the officers face the and officer pushing him back he told the office not to touch him again or else. That just ratched it up and the office who was alone called for his back up and rightfully so. Then while they were trying to decide what to do about the situation he refused to take his hands out of his pocket. You're going down after all that.

The difference is that if this thread was created during Obama's time, practically everyone in this thread will be defending the man, but in this thread there are so many Trump fans defending the officers. That is a major difference highlighting on what is happening in the US

You do write crap. And you've added to your crap by implying that he must have been on drugs and your evidence is ; he stayed calm. You have lost it!

Well, the law suit has been filed.
I personally hope that he donates all the money he's about to get to appropriate charities such as groups that outfit vehicles for the handicapped and sensitivity training for Milwaukee police on how not to be a dick head.

No I agreed he sounded quite calm to the point he may have been on something. Care to address the remainder of my post? You can scroll back too and see where this has been thoroughly discussed along with the facts as I posted.

Maybe he should invest in some training for himself on how to handle himself during a lawful police action due to his violation of the law.

I want you to think back to this post when he gets paid for police not conducting a lawful action in this case.

    Bullshit!

When a prep is wrong, like Martin, the Gentla Giant and the majority of preps that get shot by cops, then they are right to be called out. If it is unjustified, then conservatives call them out.

Conservatives give the cop the benefit of the doubt. Liberals make up lies and condemn the cop regardless of the facts on the ground!

I didn’t hear any of that, but that would change the situation.

Again cop should have stated. “Is this your car?” Entitled basketball player “yes.”

    “License and registration.”

After getting the license. “I am issuing you a ticket for unlawful parking in a handicap space. Please back into your car and I will be back in a minute.”

Ticket issues and goes back. Give him his ticket and then chastised him and leave.
