I hope a drug dealer does a drive-by on your home. He would be mad because of your snitchin.

They have it already. When you legalize something, you have a better chance of controlling it.

That's really a red herring argument. RP wants the FEDERAL Gov't out of the drug war. Your state would be free to do as it wished on that front.

Exactly. Its easy as going to school, and asking a "friend"

Drugs are easier than cigarettes and booze.

Notice a trend here... Which ones legal?

That link just shows how your posts are easily torn apart. Give up, and stop thread jacking. That link was miles from being relevant to this topic.

I can't stand people who smoke it for social 'resasons' but if someone is in pain and marijuana can help to ease that pain, they should have access to it, and should not be afraid of arrest.

Thank you. So the patients question was justified.

According to Federal law, he could be arrested.

And the Neighbor can do the same to you. They can then confiscate your computer. Your post history here alone would be viewed interesting dont you think? I mean the fact that you want to mass murder Muslims and you said if drugs were legal you would blow up buildings. Sounds like a terrorist to me. But dont worry that overbearing Government that you love so much will know you were just kidding.......

That being said what is wrong with someone who is in pain smoking a little weed? It has proven medical uses. Its stupid that it is illegal.

it doesn't surprise me that you'd do something dishonest like that

cop see false/revenge reports all the time, you'd likely end up with a false report charge

I agree but medical cannabis needs to be approved at the federal level so it's legal everywhere. I don't like states determining "what's best" for a patient based on how religious that state happens to be.

Ron Paul has never said this.

Wheelchair idiots? At least they know how to spell "wheelchair"....

What a ridiculous statement. What does that even mean? The "defeat of all morality"? You realize that Federal drug laws didn't even exist for the majority of our country's history, right?

Sounds great. After they're done caterwauling, maybe they can explain why they support something that was proven to be a failure in the early 1900's.

One of the stupidest statements I've ever read in my life.

He's not asking for a handout, he's asking irrational and violent authoritarians like yourself to mind your own business.

Constitutional law? Is that supposed to be some kind of a joke? Where in the Constitution is the Federal government given the authority to criminalize drug use? And if what you say is true, then why was a Constitutional Amendment required to ban alcohol?

After you're done explaining that, perhaps you can explain how Federal drug laws square with the Ninth Amendment.

We don't need to explain anything. An individual's decision to ingest drugs is none of your business. Indeed, if anyone needs to explain, it's you. You need to explain why you have the moral and lawful right to impose your perverse sense of morality on peaceful individuals.

    So, explain away.

It's totally accurate. My experience in a public high-school proves it. Weed was much easier to obtain than alcohol or cigarettes. We just bought it from some shady drug dealer. If we wanted alcohol, we needed to steal it from our parents because liquor store owners wouldn't sell it to us.

The reason you don't realize this is because you're too old. The younger generations know more about drugs and black markets than you do.

Not legally. But under your beloved system of prohibition, they have easy access to it.

It's not that he's too old. I'm 55 and I know this. I think you're letting him off easy by saying he's too old.

Why don't you just kick in his door? If you feel you have the moral authority to send the government after them, then why are you too much of a coward to stop them yourself? If you saw a women being raped by your neighbor, would you hide in your house and wait for the police, or would you take matters into your own hands?
