There have been at least three that I know of that have attempted to make the same claim.

The facts are these "Proud Boy" characters were attacked by a group protesting outside of the place they were meeting. Bad move on the part of the attacking protesters. According to non-partisan fact reporting news sites, after trying to steal a backpack from a PB guy they chased, the PB guys buddies came to the rescue.

It should be noted, the Police arrested three people. None of them were one of the "Proud Boys".

Consider that fact, against the reports of what happened from the left's MSM partners.

And people get angry when the liberal media is called Fake News. This story proves they deserve the label.

Legit question. Why do all the videos the left wing media have shown only start AFTER the fights are well underway? In incidents like these context is extremely important, like which side started the fight. So why do they not include this context. We know the rest of the video is out there so why not just show us the whole thing?

IMHO if the Legacy Media is omitting it, the context of the video must show their ideological allies in a bad light. "Lying by Omission" wasn't invented by the Legacy Media, but they've certainly turned it into an art form.

 

Sure as an FDR liberal, with some conservative values and beliefs, I have no problem condemning the violence, as I condemn the vandalism by antifa types.

But do you know what else that I condemn, repeatedly here. The propaganda character of the article that you linked to. Read it carefully, and the intent of the propaganda jumps out at any objective mind. And this is as harmful to this nation as 30 (out of how many in attendence?) who acted up violently once someone grabbed a MAGA hat off the head of one of the 30! What would you call this act, of snatching, stealing, another man's cap? Clearly intended to get something going, right? An altercation. I guess it is perfectly fine to do such a thing, if it is a guy wearing that particular cap? Make America Great Again.

IMO, these kinds of OPs are part of the problem, with the intent of throwing gas on the fires. It would be different if the article was actually objective reporting, standards, involved. But it was far from that, and intended to incite, to point fingers, as a way to misdirect from the violence and unsocial behavior that comes from the Left, which has been on steroids since trump beat hillary and the democrats lost.

BTW, the last time someone snatched a hat, not a cap, but a fur felt hat off my head was in the 70s, and I socked the guy, for the insult he committed. You don't snatch another man's hat here in the south from his head, for it is aggression, and my generation would not put up with that sh*t, especially when we were young men. Calling another man an SOB was fighting words back in those days as well. You want to fight, just utter those words and you were guaranteed it would happen. Today, you can call another person any name that you want and it is all good. I hear people call others MF all of the time these days. And people don't think a thing of it. I guess that might be a good thing, but it is not what would have happened in my youth.
