    The man accused of ramming his car through a group of counter-protesters on Aug. 12, killing Heather Heyer and injuring dozens of others, will face a three-week jury trial this fall.


    On Wednesday, 20-year-old James Alex Fields Jr., of Ohio, appeared via video in Charlottesville Circuit Court and waived his right to a speedy trial. Both the defense and prosecution agreed to push the trial to Nov. 26 to give themselves time to prepare.
