Yes, that would be it. And as you point out, it is not a pollutant until it reaches concentrations in the atmosphere where it causes problems and cannot be absorbed. Did you know that if you drink too much water, it can kill you? So is water a poison? Sure is, if you drink enough of it.

We aren't even at optimum level for plant growth, in fact we have been in a very long period of poor CO2 levels for plants.

"Negative impacts of global warming on agriculture, health & environment far outweigh any positives.

While CO2 is essential for plant growth, all agriculture depends also on steady water supplies, and climate change is likely to disrupt those supplies through floods and droughts. It has been suggested that higher latitudes – Siberia, for example – may become productive due to global warming, but the soil in Arctic and bordering territories is very poor, and the amount of sunlight reaching the ground in summer will not change because it is governed by the tilt of the earth. Agriculture can also be disrupted by wildfires and changes in seasonal periodicity, which is already taking place, and changes to grasslands and water supplies could impact grazing and welfare of domestic livestock. Increased warming may also have a greater effect on countries whose climate is already near or at a temperature limit over which yields reduce or crops fail – in the tropics or sub-Sahara, for example.

Interesting, since human activities have been adding CO2 into the atmosphere at more than double the rate that plants and oceans can take them up. You would need to stop and think -- if there isn't enough CO2 for plants, WHY are CO2 concentrations in the atmosphere continuing to rise worldwide? Have the plants just decided to stick with poor intake levels?

Good luck with that. Keep in mind Liberals are mostly behind the whole global warming scare. And like anything else, if it rains, tax it; too little rain, tax it; sunny days, tax it.

Is this what you mean? How obvious to anyone does it need to be that it's warming?

That would depend upon what you value as working hard for, and can identify the responsibility that is imperative to one's existence; http://www.cbsnews.com/news/the-age-of-warming/

It is the authoritarian statist who must be defeated. It is the authoritarian statist who violates Constitutional bounds with impunity. It is the authoritarian statist who has raised legal plunder to extraordinary heights.
If you are interested in Article V potential amendments I suggest you google Mark Levin's Liberty Amendments. They are a very good start to fix much that is wrong with the federal government.

"You, and other authoritarian statists give yourselves way more credit than is due. I wonder if it is possible to outgrow authoritarian statism?"
I suppose your answer means the chance of outgrowing authoritarian statism is very, very small.
