What can I gain from it? I still have to get up every morning for work. I have to follow all the same laws so I don't get pulled over. I have to pay for my own lunch which I only get an hour for, I have to stop for pedestrians, I make less than the black IT guy that sits across from me, I had to finance my new truck for 84 months to make it affordable, I had to skip lunch yesterday because I forgot my leftovers and couldn't afford fast food since my electric bill was higher than usual, I'm always having to look busy so I don't get fired. When the (*)(*)(*)(*) will my white privilege kick in, and what will I gain from it?

 

Damn straight. We must secure the existence of our people and a future for white children.

 

Right, and it ran its course and is no longer useful. This is the 21st Century and people should be allowed to hire based on merit and qualification. It was a great program back then, just like No Child Left Behind was a great program. Neither are good for America anymore.

 

But...But...But...

...those places are exempt from building "affordable" housing.

Who will have to pay if they're are forced to "step-up" in neighborhoods like that?

But that was a long time ago. By law you can't discriminate now, yet corporations have to fill their bigotry, cough...DIVERSITY...cough....quota or be accused of racism by the ACLU or Democrat politicians and the MSM. Of course it was rampant back then, but people claiming there is systemic racism now ignore one very important fact when it comes to job statistics....number of qualified applicants. And I've yet to hear any African Americans complain about the lack of diversity in the NFL and NBA....unless it's a QB of course. Every other position, its no big deal. Wonder why.

You can't have it both ways. You can't complain about lack of black people in tech then IGNORE how black people dominate certain sports. Logic dictates the best people get the job and in sports that's certainly the case, YET, that same rule doesn't apply to every other industry? When there aren't "enough" black people or women working in X field, its ALWAYS racism or bigotry....and that's all pure B.S! Women certainly don't complain about a severe lack of male teachers, but have hissy fits over a lack of female coders in Gaming....wonder why=)

 

Somebody told me there's a software package out now that can determine if you've ever benefited from white privilege. It's called BleachOut I think.

 

Do you control who goes to the NBA or NFL? Have you ever taken into consideration that maybe some people don't want to play either sport?

Again, maybe some people want to do other jobs? Or maybe there's better money to be made in other fields?

 

Be honest here, if this country, or even planet, consisted of only one color, wouldn't there still be people complaining about being left out? Wouldn't people still compete on behalf of themselves? Don't white people go to wars with other white people? A 100 years ago, before welfare programs existed, the Irish and Italians were treated horribly by their own color. They fought their way up and out, it takes grit and determination and the realization that the only help one would get is from himself.

 

There is another aspect of the "White Privilege" theory that most do not take into account.


I come from New Mexico. Like Alaska, our state is one of the highest in the nation for mixed race marriages.

My wife is Hispanic, my two adult daughters are of visably mixed race. Both recieved all of the mutlitude of offers for "Special Protections, scholarships, exceptions and exemptions" that come with being a "Double Designated Minority".

But, my daughters both fell in love with, and eventually married White Guys.

I have five grandchildren.

The public schools sent home fliers demanding that each child have his/her Race History designated on a form. My daughters, angry, responded with "Human".

Well, they recieved home a form letter response, indicating their as they did not properly fill out the forms, a public school official Race-Assessor viewed the children, and they have been now designated as White, there for, here is a list of programs they do not qualify for...


I guess the schools recieve federal level funding based on the percentage of "Designated Minority" children attend a school, and not giving them what they want, takes away a slush fund.

Well, it also makes Parents, "Designated Minority" Parents, madder than Hornets!

It seems, "White Privilege" actually means, you don't get any of the "xyz" whatever.

I've found, when the Lefties start doing something outrageously hypocritical, it almost always comes down to their personal power and money, usually tax payer money, flowing into their pockets.

Correction. They are claiming they want diversity in other neighborhoods.

 

When the NBA started the Slam-Dunk contest last century at their All-Star game events, it was always won by a black player.

Then, after many years, it was won by a White player.

But you never heard the NBA or the media announcing something like, "First White Player Wins The Slam-Dunk Contest!" as that was a milestone of sorts.

Why is that?

 

Oh I'm sure those upscale communities will be more than happy to pay for everything. Don't you know how compassionate they are?

 

That's how it typically ends up, but in this case (Westport), the "diversity council" is lamenting the fact that they have a 93% white population. Those poor people.

 

Don't know, don't really care but I have to ask exactly how many white people participated in this contest in all those years before?

 

And that makes a difference how?

 

Since you want to phrase this as "Syndrome" the, please, what is the first step towards resolving a problem?

A. Deny the problem exists
B. Only exists for others
C. Acknowledge the problem exists
