And when I challenged you to prove your claim you ran. That says it all.

No, not the case about us. What good did this law do and why would the land owner face an enormous fine?

    Law imposed by Democrats
    1. Land owner agrees to build homes on his land for prospective new owners.
    2. Land is in the hills of Fremont, Ca
    3. In the course of construction, a bulldozer operator shoves a bit of dirt down the hill and the dirt covers a dry section where at times of the year, water happens to collect and flow.
    4. By law, the contractor must be heavily fined. Contractor carefully restored land to former condition.

Tell me, why would i or you care? It is not our land. It is not ours to rule over.

But the fine was very heavy.

    Trump is fixing those problems.

Then there are stories of farmers who on their own land have ponds. Suddenly they are heavily fined over moving dirt on their own land. Claims the ponds amount to federal control wet lands.

How can you in good conscience support this?

This is how one case in Wyoming shook out. No doubt the farmer has an enormous legal bill.

You can't produce a single dangerous change. We get lied about. We are lied about in that we are said to dismiss climate changes. We know climate changes. i have given examples of climate changing hundreds of times only to get called a climate denier. How many hundreds of examples of changing climate must i give to be called a climate admitter?

I don't see the competition naming climate changes. I name them.

There were pilgrims during the Salem Witch Trials who had less dedication than these airheads.

Please, conservative or something. I go by Republican.
As to removing all the laws you named, why didn't you produce proof?

Frankly though it was severely weak evidence, they had more evidence to hang the so called witches than they have that man controls climate.

Why fine this man 100 million dollars?

Why did you Democrats impose this law on him?

Oregon Farmer Faces $100M in Fines for Alleged Clean Water Act Violations
6/3/2016 4:56:00 PM/Categories: General News, Today's Top 5, People in Ag, National News, Ag Issues, Waters of the US

by Todd Neeley DTN Staff Reporter

OMAHA (DTN) -- Bill Case watched in horror as heavy rains washed his black soil down the North Santiam River in 2007.

An engineer told the Albany, Oregon, farmer either to repair the banks or face the prospect of losing some 50 acres in the next flood.

Case did what any farmer would do: He acted to protect his land.

Although he did a series of repairs with the guidance of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, but without a Clean Water Act permit, the 77-year-old now faces potential fines in excess of $100 million and counting dating back to 2007.

With the waters of the United States rule tied up in federal court, Case's dilemma brings into focus many of the concerns farmers and ranchers have about EPA's expanding reach. There is pervasive fear in agriculture the agency will expand its control of private land, leaving farmers like Case unable to do necessary work.

Here are two peer reviewed articles on two negative weather events exacerbated by climate change.

    The Syrian Civil War: https://journals.ametsoc.org/doi/10.1175/WCAS-D-13-00059.1

    The California Drought: https://agupubs.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1002/2015GL064924

And this is an article discussing the likely exacerbation of the hurricanes from last year because of climate change: https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.cn...-change-hurricanes-harvey-and-irma/index.html

Finally, you are called a climate change denier because you deny that the climate is currently changing in a rapid and dangerous fashion and that the change is significantly influenced by human activity.

Destructive of what, exactly, other than the ecological status quo?
So which of those things do you imagine can be isolated from money, ownership or control?

What a shocker its clear you didn't read those articles. They provide ZERO evidence of any long term position they made tied directly to proven human caused climate change.

    Once again you are exposed.

Well done exposing this obvious lie by the fake news phony climate science.

If their facts were actually legitimate they wouldn't have to keep renaming the argument.

Translation: If you expose me I will ignore you to avoid the argument.

Its not my job to provide your evidence.

Either quote it or admit you have none and just spewed off the names of reports with no quotable evidence to back your claim.

    So painfully predictable.

    Some government employees are necessary

But we could fire 40% on the payrole today without making a difference in the overall welfare of the nation

Instead of that, and rolling of eyes, when the guy mentioned population, and you gave a link without any, you could have just linked to something that had the word "population."

"In the past 100 years, the population on earth has increased from 1.5 to 6.1 BILLION. THIS is the reason for accelerated global warming." (what he said)
    http://www.politicalforum.com/index...climate-change.546634/page-28#post-1069968259

“…two much carbon dioxide—all can be traced easily to too many people.” (p44, The Population Bomb, Dr. Paul R. Ehrlich, Ballantine Books, my copy, Fourteenth Printing 1980)

“Past growth of energy consumption has been mainly driven by population and economic growth, with improved access to electricity, and higher use of electrical appliances and space cooling resulting from increasing living standards, especially in developing countries (Lucon et al., 2014). These trends will continue in the future and in 2050, energy consumption is projected to increase by 20% and 50% compared to 2010 in the IAM-1.5°C-overshoot and 2°C-consistent pathways, respectively (Figure 2.22). However, sectoral studies (IEAETP scenarios) show different trends.” https://www.ipcc.ch/site/assets/uploads/sites/2/2018/11/SR15_Chapter2_Low_Res.pdf

“In a nutshell, the methodological framework for estimating SCC (Social Cost of Carbon) involves projections of population growth…” (ibid)

Considering her cited report contains the phrase "Eradicating Poverty," and then predicts 20% and 50% increase in energy consumption, what the hell would it be with eliminating poverty?

And what have you done in your life to "fix" the problem? Nothing. When this GW cult started the cause of GW was said to be cow farts. That had no impact so they had to blame humans, and the fix is to sell carbon credits which will have zero impact.

I spend hours of my life every week trying to educate people on the science of climate change and the policy recommendations that can be used to help fix that problem AND I take public transportation to and from work every day, so take your ****ing pitiful attempt at exposing hypocrisy and shove it where the sun doesn't shine.

Oh my, it's feeling cooler already. Oh wait that's just winter. As you were. What effect have you had on GW? None. funny.gif

I see anger management classes in your future. Your educating people consists of posting here and you've convinced yourself that you're doing a wonderful job. funny.gif

The scientific consensus has never been that cow farts are causing global warming. Also, GW was first predicted by Nobel prize winning chemist Svante Arrhenius in 1896. He said it would be anthroprogenic release of CO2 into the atmosphere that would cause it.

Again, I ask...are you just trolling or are you really this misinformed on the issue?
