Breaking: Obamacare architect admits Obama lied about his signature law

One of the main creators of President Barack Obama's "signature legislation," the Affordable Care Act of 2010 (ACU) a/k/a Obamacare, admitted to colleagues at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) that Obama and he lied to the American people. Dr. Jonathan Gruber, who appeared on national television selling Obamacare to Americans conceded that in order to gain support for a government takeover of healthcare insurance and distribution it was necessary to avoid transparency, according to officials with a public-interest group who discovered the YouTube video of that professor's comments and released it on Monday.

With a smile and a handshake, Obama sold the American people a fraudulent healthcare law.

According to the nonprofit American Committment, Gruber reportedly made his videotaped comments at a special event on the MIT campus and conceded that it was necessary to avoid transparency to pass Obama's healthcare grab. Dr, Gruber even admitted to lying in order to help the Obama White House and the Democrats in both houses of the U.S. Congress in order to get the support of a number of groups and individuals.

"During the intense debate over ACU, the Republicans were denigrated and vilified for being opposed to the legislation that very few, if any, lawmaker read. In fact, one congressman, Alan Grayson of Florida, told the American people that Republicans 'want you to die' because they opposed Obama's monstrosity," said former hospital security director and police chief, Tony Arcadian. "I believe these people should face criminal charges for perpetrating a fraud. Eric Holder prosecuted businessmen for less," Arcadian added.

“Lack of transparency is a huge political advantage,” says the MIT economist who helped write Obamacare. “And basically, call it the stupidity of the American voter or whatever, but basically that was really, really critical for the thing to pass.”

In addition, as 2015 approaches, Republican lawmakers are considering a large-scale investigation to connect President Barack Obama with the IRS targeting of conservative groups through the Internal Revenue Service between 2010 and 2012. "This White House and those connected to it are some of the most dishonest and meanspirited people to ever rule this country. And rule it they do," said law enforcement veteran Gerald Gates who now serves as a prosecutor. "I believe we need a special prosecutor to investigate everything."

Complete fraud, and we said it back then. The Supreme Court should be tickled by this, put this together with the ''It's not a tax'', well ''Yes it is a tax'', and ''You can keep your Doctor'' I would say the entire Law should be ruled deceitful misrepresentation, and a deliberate fraud perpetrated on the American people.

I'm no Attorney, but a deliberate misrepresentation of a contract is grounds to void that contract, and since Obamacare is a contract between the individual insured and them, then none of them are valid. This could be huge....

SCOTUS should toss the whole thing. This whole thing stank like a boat-load of rotten carp.
And who, in their right mind, would vote for something they hadn't read?
WTF is going on with Congress? Do they lack the cajones to tell Barry to take a hike?
What a bunch of cowardly degenerates

Telling Barry to take a hike could be very dangerous for them,,especially right after the elections. Remember the public is not nearly aware of these things as we are. Keep your eye on the polls, his numbers will tell the story if the public is ready for such a move, doing something like that without STRONG public backing can do more harm then good in my opinion.

If the public is truly outraged and fed up this President will sink into the low- mid thirties. This is when you make a move, not before. If they move without that support they may be seen as vindictive and power hungry, thus doing more harm than good.

Either way we are in for an incredible two years, the people are seeing this man as a complete incompetent Liar,,and it continues. No Boots on the ground aye? Let me know when the body bags come back with no Boots on their feet. He has already lost a large part of the youth in this country, and that will continue.

I have no idea what Congress has to do with his decisions, as I said the people will make that call. If they want him out it will be fairly clear. The way I see it, it's to the Republicans advantage to keep him around as long as possible.

    Your contention is illogical.

Who would the left have to lie to? For what outcome? The left had the Congress and the Presidency.

Their entire plan is obvious, get it past and get so many people involved repeal would nearly be impossible. They figured no matter how much it took to straighten the mess out the hard working people of this country would have to pay the Bill.

And one wonders why there is such a division in this country.

what this industry does for a living is what would be labled a tax if the government did it.

what you on the right are asking our government to do is to operate without funds.

only someone who wanted the death of this nation would insist it operate without any funding.

Why do you want to kill this country?

oh goody - let's have another holocaust in which 45,000 Americans die every year due to lack of health care:

    http://www.pnhp.org/news/2009/september/harvard_study_finds_.php

900,000 dead Americans every 20 years (and that doesn't even include those who will be crippled for life) thanks to the Republicans - that is something al Qaeda could never accomplish

Under 40% of the people voted this last election, and gave power to the Republicans either by voting for them or inaction in not voting and don't tell me 60%+ were unable to vote. You reap what you sow. And if ,bluntly, only 20% more voted for one other party they would be in a power bloc now the socialist parties and Green Party (if I recall) support universal health care if one of them got even a 20% share of seats in Congress and many State and local offices would be a factor in politics. So screw the ACA and the Medicaid Expansion of no one cares then why should I anymore?

the kind that die from this sort of deal have not been productive for a long time, never will be and probably never were (much)/ of COURSE this scourge is a tax! why would you think that it's anything else? It's another deal where they point guns at you and make you give money that you otherwise would have kept for yourself. Taxes are taken at gunpoint. they'll kill you (over resisting arrest) if you try to not go along with taxes. Just ask Gordon Kohl's family if that's not true. Ditto the Branch Davidians and Randy Weaver's family. The guns would have been legal if those folks had paid a $200 tax to the Feds.

Okay stealing the election when around 60% of people didn't vote its not fraud or not having ID its most people not giving a *?!# so stop claiming this BS I'm poor and have a State ID so vote, I matter, not the apathetic bastards that didn't. What don't they get you find any party you like, you get involved then vote for them an lets be blunt if only 25% came out to vote for one third party guess what they get a block and skin in the game in the government. Say 25% of State Offices were held by the Socialist Party, 25% of Congress and many local offices they matter then. You can insert any other party in there but using an example that would push for a populist agenda.

Obamacare premiums falling in 48 major cities

The next open enrollment period for health insurance under Obamacare opens this Saturday, November 15, and shoppers will be largely greeted by good news—lower premiums. Yes, once again a Republican myth about Obamacare—premiums will skyrocket!!!—is busted. Kaiser Family Foundation has expanded its premium review for 2015 to include 48 urban areas, and has found an average 0.2 percent decrease in benchmark silver plans. Those are the plans sold on every exchange that set the benchmark for subsidy levels granted to shoppers ...

Obamacare's benchmark silver plans are its most important. The silver plans—which cover 70 percent of expected health-care costs—are the most popular plans in the law, and the benchmark silver plan is what the law's subsidies are tied to.

... seven million newly insured (not counting all those added to Medicaid, and the young people newly covered by their parents' plans) in plans that will remain affordable, and it's all costing the government less than predicted and the rise in healthcare costs is being slowed down dramatically. Of course Republicans want to repeal all that!

ACA = saving money and lives every day!
