Nonsense. Mexican government worked with the US in Wide Receiver. They were not even informed of Fast and Furious.

 

IN addition, TRACKING DEVICES were installed on the guns in Wide Reciever, unlike the inane SNAFU that wae Fast and Furious...

Id say letting weapons cross the border with Mexicos participation in the surveillance of those weapons is a completely different policy than allowing weapons to cross without Mexicos knowledge. One would seem to be designed to prosecute Mexican Cartels, illegally importing US weapons while the other would seem to be designed to provide those same cartels WITH weapons without Mexicos knowledge.

 

I have been watching the House & Oversight Committee testimony and some of the ignorant statements by one of the democrats comes to the surface, that because republicans were against their gun control laws that they were not serious, that straw purchases should be illegal (they already are) and that so called assault weapons are not used to kill animals (they most certainly are used for hunting).

It is clear that Holder still believes that F&F should be nothing he would be concerned with being briefed on and that many in the Administration did not allow the IG to interview people under their command.

 

It only got at least one US Agent murdered, that's all.....and hundreds of mexican citizens...
