Not sure what a gun pervert is but if I had to guess I'd say it was a social supremacist that thinks everybody else should be disarmed except them.

The first one is idiotic, the second one got a chuckle (but has nothing to do with guns), the third not about guns either (???), but kinda sad when put in perspective.
