I support local autonomy. That is my core issue. I have not met an independence movement I haven't supported. I supported the failed Scottish independence vote and I will support them again if they so choose.

That doesn't mean I like Scots or Scotland. On the contrary, I quite actively dislike them.

But it's best for both them and the rest if they are able to govern themselves as an independent, sovereign nation.

Ha ha ha. The UK includes Scotland. It isn't independence. Scotland is not dependent on the UK. It is the UK. Brexit is an effort at independence.

What you meant to say is that Scotland has a tiny majority of people who want to break up the UK. Since Scotland is the UK, how can it seek freedom from itself?

Same way USA as part of UK seeked freedom from itself. Maybe just in a more peaceful way.

The good news is that there will be no unemployment in Scotland as they will need plenty of workers to finish building the wall.
