More than 30 purported ‘White Student Unions’ pop up across the country

How am I confusing you? I've not called anyone racist or a violent hate group other than the KKK, New Black Panthers and BLM, even though it's somehow implied I think white students union are like that.

 

You're talking about the KKK when I'm talking about white college groups.

 

Okay. The KKK have violent and hateful pasts, white student groups don't.

 

Facebook, being PC, will most likely censor the White Student Union groups.

 

or even large institutions of racism, like the congressional black caucus... what would americas reaction be to a congressional white caucus... rage and cries of racism?

my favorite is still the black mcdonalds owners group, I mean is mcdonalds really racist and doesn't want black owners, that they need a black owners group? you pretty much are a millionaire if you can afford a mcdonalds franchise, they are not cheap at all... yet I guess mcdonalds must be racist if they need a black mcdonalds owners group...

its hard to believe they are still at a disadvantage when they have thousands of trade groups and organizations for black people... black nurses, got a group, black engineers, got a group, black this black that, got a group for all of you!

Indeed I am. I have never said otherwise.

I am very bias towards unthinking, towards bigotry, towards derision of folks based on harmless beliefs and actions. I believe Americans should have the right to do as they please anfd those who are busy bodies, such as these folks marching in front of this center, should get both a life and a clue.

When it comes to ignorance and bigotry, I am perhaps one of the least tolerant folks I can think of.

 

Fair enough. I just hope next time there's bigotry from African Americans, that you'd create the same thread as you do with white bigotry.

 

Why thank you. Personally I hope for world peace and an end to childhood hunger, but if you wish to hope for threads started by anonymous people on the internet, that is a good thing too.

 

Glad we're on the same page. I'd hate for African American bigotry to go unnoticed and only the white bigotry. That's what we call "hypocritical".

are both groups racist, or are both acceptable? I just want the same standard applied to both... I personally think both are racist, but they can't have it both ways...

Obama had a great opportunity to end racism in america, by saying he not the first "black" president, and that he's simply the 44th "american" president...

but he completely missed this opportunity numerous times chiming in on the first black president, furthering the division and now segregation we're all creating... sickening...

P.S. I can't wait for the first "woman" president, rather than showing grace and leadership by saying they are an "american" president instead...

then the first hispanic... then first gay... first this first that... nobody wants to be just an american anymore... thats whats wrong with americans...

We've seen what Hispanics are all about and what they are capable of in the countries where they are dominant. To expect this group to magically do as well in the West as people from white European countries is pure egalitarian fantasy.

 

They stay poor which is why they vote democrat.

 

Just goes to show our gov't is racist too. Too bad many of the people don't see this.

Ok, so that's a good reason for double standards?

 

White groups would get criticized heavily because someone can and would inevitably call it racist and assume they're made for white supremacists. Odd because they may very well have noble goals for people in mind but our society immediately jumps to these things, and I don't control society.

There is, however, a such thing as the National Association for the Advancement of White People (or NAAWP) which would be a counterpart to the NAACP....but David Duke is behind it.

 

I've had this conversation earlier today and I'll say again that these unions are in no way trying to be racist but rather link up people who have similar stories and experiences and can relate to. No ill will is intended nor do these student groups plan on burning down whole cities.
