Many others, myself included, suggest this course of action. However, the status quo is a position of power for a certain group. To break this grip would most likely result in a better community for the actual community, rather than the people who mean to do the community harm. Because make no mistake, the idea is to destroy the black community because of what they represent.

Thumbs up to Morgan. Most celebrities fear the backlash against such statements and withhold their opinion.
Yep, this was my first thought as well. Actors are better than politicians though, who spend their lives pretending to be somebody else...period.
Well, some actors are pretty ordinary....a few come to mind....ted danson...david caruso...emily proctor... nicole kidman...that'll do for starters....
Yes saying something liberal in Hollywood definitely put your career at risk after all we all know Hollywood has way too many conservatives lol
I don't conceder the whole black community terrorist because they are not. The police in general are also usually fair and professional. However, many bad policemen have given them a bad name.
Maybe Morgan Freeman is upset because a cop killed his granddaughter. Oh wait, no, Freeman is just an idiot.
Do you mean to suggest that unarmed young black men are NOT in some state of anxiety or fear about some potential encounter with armed police?
You know when I first brought this thread up on my phone all I saw was somebody responding to your post, they had quoted it. Before I scrolled up and realized who wrote it I thought it was some racist idiot spouting off, so I began to scroll back up the page, so I could respond to the racist dirt bag and tell him what an idiot he was, then I noticed it was YOUR comment and that you were just playing the race card again. It must be very difficult going through life thinking that every time a black person is criticized it's because of racism, I truly pity you.
It's a Black thing. Use Whitey to further ones career and then when the coast is clear , become a turncoat. Like Colin Powell or even Michael Jordan. Harry Belefonte is a classic example. And Sidney Poitier may have been the exception.Which explains why there are SO many Black Martyr's { NoT }. Just like it is still cool { kosher } in the black community to NoT study or be seen carrying books { - Finding Forrester - 2000 }. Which again address' Irony. All those years Morgan Freeman knocked himself out to educate kids { yes, that also means BLACK Kiddies } with his early career kicking in with - The Electric Company - may have all been for nought. He has in his senior years regressed. All it took was a few Obama hook-ups. I wonder if that's what happenned to John Boehner. Chalk it to being a bad influence { Obama, that is }. Now someone who was in his heyday The First Black Millionaire actor and also not exactly known for his studiousness { made faces like rolling eyes } was Stephin Fetchit { Lincoln Theodore Monroe Andrew Perry } who had a very nice Hollywood life and career. Was good friends with the immortal Will Rogers and probably was more a conservative in his politics. Until he went thru all his dough and was bankrupt.Had a fleet of new auto's and servants.Even had a Rolls Royce with neon light running boards. Was relegate to a charity case in Chicago. In his later years he looked to emulate Cassius Clay { Muhammad Ali } and converted to Nation of Islam. It was the Catholics who following his death had him interred with a Funeral Mass. The lesson should not be lost. But it proilly will.
They may or may not be, but I'm not sure what Morgan Freeman has to do with it (I can't really remember now, it was nearly 2 months ago you quoted me from...)
I suspect it is true, and I suppose that Morgan Freeman was just offering public comment, making a mostly true statement. The number of innocent and unarmed black men killed by police is growing, and that's not a good thing. If I were young and black (I'm white and old) I would be very anxious about any encounter with an armed policeman.
Your hero Ted Nugent referred to federal law enforcement personnel as ''jack booted thugs'' just like the NRA's La Pierre did years ago: http://mediamatters.org/blog/2011/09/16/nugent-invokes-jack-booted-thugs-communist-trai/181238 As usual, no objection from the far right. Such hypocrisy.
