Perhaps this will help clear it up.

This is what clicking on the link reveals (I just did it a few minutes ago):

This is what it looks like while you're voting:

and this is what it looks like after you 'cast your vote':

Why do you think it was a 'phone poll'?

No one's dumb enough to think this is a scientific poll, are they?

Well... Someone thought it worth opening a thread. And it's not in the humor section so...

State Constitutions are written to all people to bear arms for self defense but some regulate how that is done. People are more likely to need to defend themselves in public so if you can't carry a gun in public how can you defend yourself?

    Section 8
    Text of Section 8:
    Right to Bear Arms

    (a) The right of the people to keep and bear arms in defense of themselves and of the lawful authority of the state shall not be infringed, except that the manner of bearing arms may be regulated by law.

    (b) There shall be a mandatory period of three days, excluding weekends and legal holidays, between the purchase and delivery at retail of any handgun. For the purposes of this section, "purchase" means the transfer of money or other valuable consideration to the retailer, and "handgun" means a firearm capable of being carried and used by one hand, such as a pistol or revolver. Holders of a concealed weapon permit as prescribed in Florida law shall not be subject to the provisions of this paragraph.

    (c) The legislature shall enact legislation implementing subsection (b) of this section, effective no later than December 31, 1991, which shall provide that anyone violating the provisions of subsection (b) shall be guilty of a felony.

    (d) This restriction shall not apply to a trade in of another handgun.

It's certainly not my go to source... I prefer Fox, Drudge, OAN, Breitbart, etc.

This video speaks volumes. 2A supporters are pitted against a bunch of emotional know-nothings who're focused on 'mass shootings' and 'scary black rifles' when neither of those things are the actual problem, when the the problem is given thought and context.

    It literally says:

"Yes, the 2nd Amendment Guarantee's it"

And as of this post, 93% of 780,000 people voted that answer. That is not vague at all and means 725,000 voted for 2A and less than 60,000 chose one of two other answers.

I think because it comes from MSNBC which is a hyper Left wing publisher, it does speak volumes.

The volumes it speaks is that Conservatives have pretty much officially taken over the internet. You only find Leftists and Progressives in their little echo chambers, while Conservatives have now flooded basically every outlet that won't flat out ban them.

2020 is going to be very noticeable.

I don't know, I think the lefties on Facebook who were hysterical about this poll in the first place were taking it seriously.

The rest of us just think it's kind of funny to see such non-leftie results from such a leftie site.

It's really not a scientific poll ---- I wonder why some of the lefties here are so worried about it..... Maybe they're afraid some folks (even on their leftie fake news site) have heard of the 2nd Ammendment after all? ;)

Sure he did. Even though he took an oath to uphold the Constitution he now has proven himself to be a traitor to the American people by forsaking that oath.
It is hard to imaging anyone would be stupid enough to think being a traitor to the oath to uphold the Constitution was grounds to qualify them to be President.
It is kind of like the movie Idiocracy.

MSNBC Poll: Do you think people should be allowed to carry guns in public.

But I think they should be carried concealed. A visible firearm is likely to make people nervous.

depends on the gun and how carried, I do not want to see people with ar-15's locked and loaded walking our streets

but hand guns, no issues, though I would prefer them concealed - but if they can't conceal cause of the law, then strap them to their legs

definitely do not want to see people start fights or lose their temper with a gun in hand

No, you're wrong. Either you didn't see/watch what he said or you don't comprehend English.

AK's and AR's are firearms, the Constitution says you cannot abridge the the right to keep and bear them. What do you not understand? The man is a traitor and has violated his oath. Period.

WOW. Good imagination. The Constitution doesn't say **** about AK's and AR's. Also it doesn't say anything about guided missals and atomic bombs. I know your opinion differs so please instead of us having a pissing match just carry on please.

Missles and atomic bombs are not firearms. I know what the Constitution says and it protects AK's and AR's as much as any other firearm.

So it was a call in or click in poll which has absolutly no statistical validity other that to measure the motivation of those who respond. . Thanks you for posting. I think we can now disregard the results as having any validity other than to totally embarrass MSNBC.

Doesn't matter as long as the people being polled are not Selected to be a representative sample of the population the results are meaningless. Self selection of respondents immediatly renders any poll as invalid except perhaps as a measure of motivation of the people with opposing opinions.
