That is a pretty pathetic excuse. The point being, you are unable to even begin challenging my remarks.

It looks like Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) is finally growing some. Up to now he has been a Trump lackey. Yesterday he rebutted Trump by saying our troops in Syria should stay put.

He also said Tuesday that he wants special counsel Robert Mueller's report on the Russia investigation to be as "open" as possible.

"Obviously I would like for as much as possible of the Mueller report to be open. I don't know enough about Justice Department regulations to know what part of that, you know, might make sense not to be disclosed," McConnell told reporters.

"I think it ought to be as fully open and transparent, whatever the recommendation is, as possible," he added.

Bravo, Mitch, keep it up and the GOP just might win in 2020 if they ditch Trump. I would love that to happen. The Democrats are going way too far to the left.

It is my firm belief that Trump represents a national security risk to our country. In addition to the substantial evidence to that assertion, we all learned of still another threat to our democracy today.

We learned of still another secret meeting between Trump and Putin. Trump met with Russian President Vladimir Putin for about 15 minutes without a U.S. note taker or translator at the G-20 summit in November, The Financial Times reported Tuesday. There was “no translator or note-taker from the U.S. side to record the dialogue between the leaders.” No member of Trump's national security team was there.

Much like the two hour secret meeting with Putin at Helsinki, we have no idea what transpired at this meeting, either. There is no American record of the meeting, much like the Helsinki meeting, only a Russian record exists ... much like the Helsinki meeting. Why Trump chooses to have secret meetings alone with the dictator of a hostile foreign power is known only to Trump, but such meetings represent a national security risk when only our adversary knows what took place.

A month later Trump ordered U.S. troops out of Syria, wanting to cede the region to Russia. His secretary of state, national security advisor and the Pentagon countermanded the President's order.

The Senate led by Mitch McConnell is telling Trump to leave the troops where they are.

It was reported by the current head of the DOJ that the Mueller report is coming out soon. It can't come soon enough. Trump must be removed. He poses a danger to our nation.

It is my firm belief that Trump represents a national security risk to our country. When, in the history of man, has the leader of a nation attacked his own intelligence services? Until today, I know of no such occurrence. Perhaps someone could enlighten me.

What happened today is absolutely surreal.

Today Trump attacked his own intelligence agencies. He told the Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats, the Director of the FBI Chris Wray, and the Director of the CIA Gina Haspel to "go back to school."

Anyone care to guess who appointed Coats, Wray, and Haspel. Good guess. Trump appointed the three.

Much like his remarkably stupid comment that he knew more about ISIS than the generals, now without reading the PDB's handed to him every morning, listening only to Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh, and Fox and Friends Trump now claims he knows more about ISIS, Iran, Russian hacking, the Chinese threat than our intelligence agencies. In the case of Russian hacking, undoubtedly he knows a lot.

Don't take my word for it. This is straight from the horse's a$$.

    Donald J. Trump @realDonaldTrump

The Intelligence people seem to be extremely passive and naive when it comes to the dangers of Iran. They are wrong! When I became President Iran was making trouble all over the Middle East, and beyond. Since ending the terrible Iran Nuclear Deal, they are MUCH different, but....

    Donald J. Trump @realDonaldTrump

....a source of potential danger and conflict. They are testing Rockets (last week) and more, and are coming very close to the edge. There economy is now crashing, which is the only thing holding them back. Be careful of Iran. Perhaps Intelligence should go back to school!

We had a perfectly good agreement with Iran that permanently barred Iran from making a nuke. Our resident genius, Trump, removed the U.S. from the agreement, giving Iran the opportunity to return the favor and restart up her nuclear bomb making if she so chooses.

It was reported by the current head of the DOJ that the Mueller report is coming out soon. It can't come soon enough. Trump must be removed. He poses a danger to our nation.

I agree. Five of Trump's close associates have been found guilty or confessed to a felony and are facing jail time. Such associates would include Paul Manafort, Rich Gates, George Papadopulous, Mike Flynn, and Michael Cohen.

Collusion was a term invented by Trump so he can declare his innocence of a non-legal term. I prefer to use terms like collaboration with a hostile foreign government, conspiracy, obstruction of justice, and witness tampering. Mueller will have a lot to say about those crimes. Notice Trump never says he is innocent of those. He and his lawyers only claim that he is innocent of collusion, which doesn't say a thing.

Of those only Manafort and Gates are guilty of anything other than supposedly lying to some one or the other the Judge was so unimpressed by the Popadopolous case that he sentenced him to week. Manafort and Gates have been convicted of things that happened more than a decade before their association with Trump and which no one had including Mueller and Comey had even thought worth pursuing before their association with Trump.

Sadly , you are probably righy. If Dirty Donnie published the transcripts of him and his campaign staff instructing the Russians when to dump the DNC emails they stole and then got on Tv and owned it, they still wouldn’t want to convict him.

Ho-hum, Trump issued another meaningless threat today. His idea of negotiating is, my way or the highway.

Early Wednesday he warned members of a bipartisan conference committee tasked with negotiating border security policy that they would be “wasting their time” if they did not consider his demand for a wall along the border with Mexico.

These are three calamities that we learned about just today. This is not unusual. It is the story of the Trump Presidency.

Why? Trump is not the least bit interested in being a good President. He knows he doesn't have the ability, experience, and intelligence to lead our great nation. Besides, that is not his nature. He prefers chaos, zero sum confrontations, and limitless controversy.

And that is what he wants with the government. In this he has been quite successful and he is pleased with himself.

His fans are pleased as well. They are getting exactly what they wanted when they voted for him. They even brag about it.

And Trump hired them for their talents and connections.

Five of Trump's close associates have been found guilty or confessed to a felony and are facing jail time. Such associates would include Paul Manafort, Rich Gates, George Papadopulous, Mike Flynn, and Michael Cohen.

You have no idea whatsoever what testimony, tapes, videos, and documents Mueller has from these five men.

I have no idea why you support Trump. Do you?

Think about that. I don't need an answer.

Yes, that is true, but the difference between us is I am firmly aware of the evidence against Trump that is publicly known. You and other Trump fans prefer to ignore that evidence. There is quite a bit, but that is only the tip of the iceberg.

Who are the most dangerous witnesses against Trump? Trump and his lawyer, Giuliani.

Nor do you. Again Sir it is obvious that Manafort isn't giving up anything or Mueller wouldn't be changing the terms of his plea bargain. Manafort was hired almost entirely because after Lewindowsky the Republican Party was demanding that Trump get some Professional campaign folk on his team and Manifort was the only one that was taking calls. He did not take Manifort and Gates because of their dubious competence and connections but because he was compelled to by the Republican party. Cohen has in essence already impeached any testimony he might give the moment he said he'd do what ever he had to to protect himself his wife and his family.

After telling his appointees, his intelligence chiefs, they all have to return to school, on Thursday, Trump would not specifically say if he still has confidence in Coats and Haspel but made it clear that he has disagreed with his senior intelligence officials on "certain things" and "time will prove me right, probably." Probably?

Later, he made a complete fool of himself.

"They said they were totally misquoted and totally taken out of context," Trump said when asked by CNN if he raised the testimony with Coats and Haspel during his daily briefing on Thursday.

"They said it was fake news," Trump said.

Following that incomprehensible statement, Trump tweeted, "Just concluded a great meeting with my Intel team in the Oval Office who told me that what they said on Tuesday at the Senate Hearing was mischaracterized by the media - and we are very much in agreement on Iran, ISIS, North Korea, etc. Their testimony was distorted [by the] press."

This bald faced lie is a consequence of the fact that Trump is so uninformed that he does not know the statements from Coats, Wray, and Haspel were on camera testimony before a Senate committee. The whole nation has seen the televised Senate testimony, but not Trump.

This is nothing short of incredible. Trump is a buffoon, a national security threat begging to be removed from power. Nobody could be that stupid. I am further convinced he wants to be impeached. He will be the star in a great melodrama and it matters little to him that he will be the antagonist.

You are baiting me to rehash for the umpteenth time the evidence against Trump that the public knows. Sorry to disappoint, but you know, but won't admit, there is a mountain of evidence available to the public, much of it provided by Trump, Trump, Jr., and Trump's lawyer, Giuliani.

Manafort gave up evidence to Mueller for months before Mueller found out he was also talking to Trump's lawyers. There is also the evidence provided by Gates, Papadopulous, Flynn, and Cohen along with everything else Mueller has, physical evidence.
