Mueller: Trump Could Be Charged with Obstruction of Justice After Leaving Office

It is absolutely correct, Mueller could have listed the specific crimes and the evidence to support them in his report to Barr and then Barr would submit a referral to the Congress for impeachment and removal so prosecution could begin, that impeachment failing then held held until Trump left office otherwise.

You guys here and the Democrats and the MSM have been saying for years just wait until the investigation is over and Trump is charged with this and charged with that and goes to prison along with his family members. Were you lying? Were the Democrats lying? Was the MSM lying?

Heck on of your cohorts here is not trying to claim Mueller is in bed with Trump.

Believe me, there was nothing glorious about it. Like a lot of people back then, I joined primarily to avoid being DRAFTED. I know... now that seems like it was back when dinosaurs roamed the Earth, but it was very, very real to us. My college deferment was going to run out because my scholarship was running out, too. I could read the writing on that wall pretty clearly, and people were being drafted, sometimes right out of college, kicking and screaming, left and right! I hope we never have that kind of thing again in this country.

I had some unexpected turns, and the most game-changing was that they processed me for my first top-secret security clearance, and I found myself stationed not in Vietnam, but at the Air University at Maxwell AFB in Montgomery, Alabama. They wouldn't even consider transfering me to be in Southeast Asia after THAT, so, that is where I remained for the whole enlistment. I tried to get a transfer to Thailand because I'd heard it was really GOOD duty (and a young, single man's paradise!), but I was turned down flat! They wanted me in CONUS, and so, in CONUS I stayed.

After that, in one way or another, working directly with the different branches of the military in the Department of Defense and some intel agencies remained a vital part of two different careers with Prime Contractors until I retired a few years ago. No complaints at all. All in all, the career military personnel were the finest people I have ever known or worked with in my life....

They did count. They were counted to determine where their State would assign their EC votes.

No he did not, he stated to the AG and the DAG it did not, he stated at the hearing, in his correction in his afternoon opening statement and the persons who actually DID make the prosecutoral decision said it had not bearing on that decision. Had crimes been found such a referral would have been made. None was made.
