Can someone tell me please - why would the driver of a car involved in a 'road traffic collision' ( and if anybody believes that they'll believe anything!) would need to be restrained on the ground by 4 strong men? And as if that wasn't enough to ruin his day, he was arrested too. [IMG] FFS you couldn't make up this ****!

"The Metropolitan Police later said the incident was thought to be a "road traffic collision" and a man in his 40s had been arrested at the scene."

    Update:

The 'suspect' who drove a car into a crowd of pedestrians outside the museum in London a couple of days ago after 'a traffic collision' has been released by the plod but is 'under investigation': if there's a reason for him being investigated he should be held in effing custody before he has the chance to bugger off abroad somewhere. If that incident 'wasn't terror-related' I'm a ****ing Dutchman! This country must be the most stupid one on the planet. How low my poor country has sunk!
