Eight years ago today I quit smoking. On January 16, 2012, at 10:53am PST, I crushed out what would forever be my last cigarette. I used Welbutrin and the patch, but never made it to the lower dosage patches after finishing my box of 21mg patches. By the time there was a single patch left in that first box, I was done. My life as a smoker had come to an end. Never had another cigarette after that...
congrats. Very hard to quit smoking. I have two brothers that started in their teens and still have not managed to succeed in doing what you have done 35 years later.
Congratulations! Been a nonsmoker myself for almost 4 decades now. Feels good to not have some corporation leeching money out of your pocket any longer. The savings and improved health make it all worthwhile.
