Well, the nice thing about living in a free country is we can tell those who don't agree with how we live to **** off, and live how we choose to. My AR isn't hurting anyone unless they threaten me or my family. I don't tell people they can't own red sportscars because they tend to drive over the speed limit and cause more fatal accidents, so don't tell me what kind of rifle I can own.

 

Compare the percentage of liberals in the US who have served with the percentage of conservatives who have served. I don't have the numbers, but I bet we will see a huge difference. I could be wrong, but I seriously doubt it.

 

Not really true. We already have restrictions on full auto weapons and on some modified barrel lengths. Hardly end of the world restrictions.

You do realize that most of those in the military are conservative right? That most fully believe in the oaths they took to defend this country and to defend the Constitution from enemies both foreign and domestic? Don't be too sure of your statement here. There will be many in the Military that will either flat out refuse any orders to help confiscate guns or will simply join and help civilians over Beto.

Yes, there will be many that do help Beto. But by that time the lines will have been drawn and we will be in a civil war. Again.

And do you realize that it was the British Government attempting to confiscate guns that was the breaking point in the Revolutionary war getting started? Remember the saying that is attributed to Paul Revere? "The British are coming!" (he didn't actually yell that btw..that's a falsehood). However he was sent to Concord to warn them that the British were coming to confiscate their guns. He gave the Massachusetts Provincial Congress enough time to move their cache of weapons out of Concord. And yes, the British did go house to house confiscating whatever guns they could find. That was the straw that broke the camels back and the Revolutionary war was started.

No representation and high taxes were major contributions to the Revolutionary war being started, but it was the guns being confiscated that got it really going. And Beto, has admitted to wanting two of those things. Increased taxes and confiscation of the most commonly used guns in America. A Beto Presidency will most assuredly result in a civil war. And no matter which side "wins"...it will be a total loss for America and that for which it stands.

I know a lot of Lefties who voted for an arrogant and corrupt whore in 2016 who declined to serve her country when she had the opportunity to do so. My mother served in the Navy during the 1950s and my wife in the Army during the '80s so don't pretend Clinton couldn't have done so herself. She blew it off just like her husband did when he had the opportunity to serve, but none of that kept Lefties from voting for either one of them.
