    I dont see how those positions are inconsistent.

    Trump is not being prosecuted or alleged to violate a Logan Act. Pelosi is not being accused of asking for a personal political favor. First Amendment protections are not going to stop Abuse of Power allegations.

    Which is only politically binding by heads of states. A treaty is legally binding by the states so you made the point to why Trump could easily get out of the agreement.

    No. Climate Change is a very real and significant threat. America should be leading the effort to ensure that our children and grandchildren do not live in a world made demonstrably more deadly because of Climate Change rather than running away from it like that little bitch, donald trump, likes to do.

    Most, if not every, international treaty such as this has terms for the parties to withdraw from said treaty - thus, Article 28:

    1. At any time after three years from the date on which this Agreement has entered into force for a Party, that Party may withdraw from this Agreement by giving written notification to the Depositary.

    2. Any such withdrawal shall take effect upon expiry of one year from the date of receipt by the Depositary of the notification of withdrawal, or on such later date as may be specified in the notification of withdrawal.

    3. Any Party that withdraws from the Convention shall be considered as also having withdrawn from this Agreement.

    He's not bound by anything and neither is the United States:

    In fact, the Paris Agreement really doesn't bind anyone to anything - it's a purely voluntary arrangement.
