Here's my wish for sometime in the next couple of years... First, we get Trump's fat ass out of office, by impeachment (and conviction), 25th amendment, health resignation, or 2020 election.

Then a D Congress and Senate vote to build a full concrete wall on the Southern border, after which the D President elected in 2020 tweets out "Too bad the former President couldn't get anything accomplished on border security"

OMG, that would literally push him over the brink of sanity he's been teetering on for 2 years... would almost be worth 5 billion...

 

I think that's probably true of every border on the planet, except for maybe North Korea--and that's mostly to keep people in.

BTW, what makes you think that a "wall" would stop that? It didn't work for the Chinese and it didn't work for the Romans.

What an ironic comment. Technology is exactly what makes the notion of a "wall" on that border archaic and already obsolete. Are there any security experts who are suggesting a wall?

1. Israel is an extremely small country. It's easy to control a border that freaking short. This isn't a one size fits all scenario. That's remarkably naive.
2. Hungary? LOL. Same thing; it's only 109 miles long!. In addition, the purpose of that wall was to prevent migrants who didn't want to apply for asylum in Hungary. In other words, migrants were only passing through Hungary, and didn't want to stay there. Moreover, they just went to a different border to get into Europe, giving goofy wall enthusiasts phony arguments about Trump's goofy wall.

Come up with analogous situations instead of this stuff. Sheesh.
