Need a clarification from the "Stop Blaming Bush" Right....

    Actually, the answer is simple. When the next President does something that deviates from actions that Obama has taken. You can not blame, or claim, the outcome of those changes on Obama. An example. Obama passed a Stimulus Bill, and an Omnibus spending package that changed the spending priorities of the Bush Administration. At that point, it became Obama's economy for good, bad or worse.

    If Trump takes that action, and the results are as you predict. Then, Yes it is on him. BTW, double standards are a liberal thing not conservative.

    Umm, just to inform you - for whoever becomes president - that we are overdue for a recession (or even an economic depression).

    Recessions occur in our economic cycles, sometimes lasting only months, other times for years. Now, officially we had our last recession between 2007 to 2009. That leaves almost 7 years since that occurred. Now historically, only on 2 occasions has a time gap between recessions lasted that long.

    My guess is, that unless something miraculous happens, we will encounter a recession during the new presidency. And as much as both of them are losers in their own ways, neither will be responsible.

    I'm sure some will blame Obama for years. Heck, how many years have Reagan and Bush been out of office and they still get blamed.
