Let's just say I don't have discussions about integrity with someone I feel has none.

You cannot play the integrity game with progressives, since lying is something they do with great zeal.

Lol...Are you kidding? If the cons had nominated a sane conservative person, as unpopular as Clinton is, they would have a great chance of winning.

And integrity is only for those you approve of?

Deflection is certainly the favorite tactic of the left. They either ignore, deflect, or lie as the situation dictates. Such can be observed in any thread on this forum.

I'll let you guys get back to talking about Trumps horrendous spelling of "judgement" or something.

A thread about honoring ones word is hilariously ironic in this instance.

Most observers knew Romney was a better Presidential candidate than Barrack Obama (as was John McCain) but the leftists voted for Obama anyway. These low information voters will always find an excuse to vote for their candidates, no matter how inept or untrustworthy they might be.

In this latest case we now have an implausible candidate whose only real self-made accomplishment in life was marrying Bill Clinton.

So since MORE Americans voted for Obama over Romney.....you believe the majority of Americans are leftists?

There are far too many leftists in America, that's certain, and it suggests a very real weakness in the educational system. But apart from 'leftists' there are people who are just poorly informed and those who vote only for candidates who because they'll get the 'free stuff'.

You have a lot more to worry about with disenfranchised Sanders voters.

No, the time for that has long passed. Today you have around 20% of Republicans not supporting Trump, dividing their support or votes to Johnson, Stein and Clinton. Trump is getting somewhere between 75-80% of the GOP base vote, Romney received 93% of that base vote back in 2012. Being the Democrats have a larger base, there isn't much of a chance of Trump winning without a united Republican Party.

But at this late date, even if Trump did drop out, quit, whomever the Republicans replaced him with wouldn't get a lot of the avid Trump supporters. I would guess that you would have the same 20-25% or perhaps more of the base vote, i.e. Trump supporters who wouldn't support or vote for whomever was chosen to replace Trump. So what good would it do the Republican Party?

The GOP chose Trump as their nominee. Now good or bad, Trump is their horse in this race and they need to ride him to the end. Keep him or replace him, either way you're probably looking at a President Hillary Clinton. Personally, I do think it is a shame that the Republicans decided upon about the only candidate that could lose to Clinton, the White House was theirs with a decent candidate. But that was the Republican Party's choice to make. Not mine or any other non-affiliated voter.

Nobody turned out to vote for Romney.Where did you get that figure?
Trump will have almost double the turnout Romney did.

No body turned out for Romney? At least 60,933,500 did as the is the amount of votes Romney received. Romney received 93% of the Republican vote, Obama 6%. On the Democratic side Obama received 92% of the Democratic base vote, Romney garnered 7%. Romney also won the independent vote 51-45.

I the current figures hold for Trump, he is getting 78% of the Republican vote, Clinton 10%, much worse than in 2012. On the Democratic side, Clinton is at 89% of the Democratic base vote, just 4% for Trump. Independents, Trump and Clinton are tied at 33%. Trump is doing much worse than Romney did in 2012.

Don't dignify Donald Trump by calling him a politician. He's an opportunist, who wouldn't be anywhere near where he is if not for his Cash Daddy.

Hillary's Poll Lead Breaking In Half, Like Huma-Weiner Marriage of Convenience:

A new Morning Consult poll has Hillary's national lead down from 6, to 3.

    Margin of error baby!

    http://thehill.com/homenews/house/2...op-fear-lame-duck-vote-on-pricey-funding-bill

Last week, Reuters -- which generally has Hillary ahead more than other outfits -- showed Hillary ahead by five. But she had been ahead by 12 in the same poll.

    http://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-election-poll-idUSKCN11128U

The LATimes poll shows Trump slightly ahead.

    http://www.latimes.com/politics/

Hillary leads 18-34 year olds, trails The Trumpster in every other Age Demo.

Trump leads less than highschool, highschool and some college. Hillary leads only with College Grads

Hillary leads among the poor, Trump leads the middle class, they are tied in the upper income group.

Trump's spike with blacks has dissipated back down to 4%. He runs an amazing and unexpected 32% with Hispanics and leads with Asians and others. He does nearly as well with Hispanics as Hillary does with Whites.

The Trumpster is +10 with men; Hillary is +9 with women.

Trump is closing in must win Ohio and Pennsylvania as well as would-be-a-knockout-punch Michigan.
