OK well the 2017/2018 season has not started yet so what I am taking away from what you just posted is.....that you just started following the NFL during the 2016/2017 season and you enjoyed it so you intend on continuing to follow and watch the NFL Games during the next 2017/2018 season and that you like the New England Patriots right?

You know Patriots owner Bob Kraft was on Good Morning America and he said...."You know every year we win a Super Bowl when the players are invited to go to the White House at least a DOZEN do not end up going. So why is it that the media is making such a bog issue of it this year?"

    BOB KRAFT IS RIGHT!!!

14 PATRIOTS DID NOT GO TO THE OBAMA WHITE HOUSE AFTER WINNING SUPER BOWL XLIX.

8 PATRIOTS DO NOT INTEND TO VISIT THE TRUMP WHITE HOUSE AFTER WINNING SUPER BOWL LI.

SO WHY IS THE MEDIA MAKING SUCH A BIG ISSUE ABOUT THIS!!!!???

OK well let me explain this for you OK?

The NFL consists of two Conferences those being the AFC and NFC.

There are 4 Divisions in each Conference thus 8 Divisions in total in the NFL.

Each Division has 4 teams for a total of 16 Teams in each Conference and 32 Teams in the NFL.

The Steelers and Jets are both in the AFC thus they cannot play each other in the Super Bowl.

The New England Patriots according to Las Vegas odds makes have the best chance of winning Super Bowl LII with 5-1 odds.

OK let me explain this......the Steelers and Jets are NOT in the same Division.

The Steelers are in the AFC North along with the Baltimore Ravens, the Cincinnati Bengals and the Cleveland Browns.

The Jets are in the AFC East along with the World Champion New England Patriots, the Miami Dolphins and the Buffalo Bills.

So the Steelers and Jets are in the same CONFERENCE but not the same Division.

    Got it?

There are 16 games in a regular season.

The teams that get into the Playoffs are the 4 Divisional Winners in the AFC and 4 Divisional Winners in the NFC.

As well 2 Teams from each Conference the AFC and NFC that are NOT Divisional Winners but have the best regular season records behind the Divisional Winners make the playoffs as a Wild Card Team.

So in both the AFC and NFC there will be a total of 8 Divisional Winners that make the Playoffs and a total of 4 Wildcard Teams 2 from each Conference that will also make the Playoffs for a total of 12 Teams in the NFL Playoffs.

    OK?

I would just like to say it has been fun meeting a bunch of different people from around the world who just recently have become NFL Fans and Patriots Fans.

I talked to this nice guy from Germany who is a New England Patriots Fan as one of the Patriots players Sebastian Vollmer was born in Germany although he is a U.S. Citizen now and there are millions of German Fans who now love the NFL and root on Vollmer and the Patriots.

This German Patriots Fan told me how NFL Football has a very large and rapidly increasing fan base in Germany, Russia, England, Spain, Portugal, South Korea, China, Japan and many other nations and that he has been trying to get some of his fellow German's especially his friends who are die hard Soccer Fans to watch the NFL Games and learn the rules.

Hans is his name and he told me that one of the things he has to explain to his fellow Germans is that Soccer is like Checkers where NFL Football is like Chess.

Hans tells them that each player on an NFL Team is SPECIALIZED just in the same way pieces on a Chess Board are SPECIALIZED.

For example in the NFL you have players such as Wide Receivers and Cornerbacks who defend against them who are players who not only have blinding world class sprinter speed but as well are incredibly strong as Football is a game where a person must have incredible strength in all parts of their body.

But not only that Hans explains to them that unlike Soccer which is a game I enjoy to play as I was a goaltender in school but sometimes find very boring to watch.....that unlike Soccer...NFL Football is a game where strategy and tactics can make all the difference upon whether you win or lose and that the average NFL Player must learn and commit to memory and practice to absolute perfection the art of lining up properly and executing the play THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS OF PLAYS!!!

The New England Patriots with Tom Brady and Coach Bill Belichick are without a doubt the very best at and have developed and designed the most of such plays as former players of the Patriots who have retired have talked about how Coach Belichick has the players practice thousands of different play call scenarios in situational football.

Hans told me that it is difficult at first for a European who is a soccer fan and YES....I say SOCCER and not FUTBOL or FOOTBALL because the game of FOOTBALL was first created, developed and played in the UNITED STATES all the way back in the early 1800's 27 YEARS BEFORE SOCCER WAS PLAYED IN EUROPE AND HAD IT'S GAME NAMED FUTBOL!!!!

    LOL!!

Anyways Hans tells me Europeans have a hard time understanding all the rules of an NFL Game but honestly Ole Ole I think YOU understand just how much FUN it is as a fan to be able to watch and study all the tactics and strategical decisions made by a NFL Coach and Team as such things of and by themselves can determine whether a team will win or lose!!

    Continued....

    Continued......

Also Hans tells me that some Europeans cannot understand why there is so many stops and starts in an NFL Football Game.

He has been educating his fellow Germans to understand that this is part of the game as well it is not humanly possible for any person to be able to perform at 100% continuously on the field.

In soccer a team and player will PACE THEMSELVES as they attempt to work the ball down the field and get in close to the goal to take a shot or set up a shot or even try to get a corner kick.....a soccer player basically....JOGS.....for the vast majority of the game and sprints occasionally in order to get at the ball or get into position.

In NFL Football players upon the snap of the Football are exerting their bodies to 100% Capability and not only is this about speed and reflex it is also about incredible strength, endurance and a super high level of knowledge and intelligence specific t the game as well as memory.

Well if you have cable TV and get FOX and CBS you can stream for FREE all the NFL Games.

If not then you can either pay like $1 to stream an NFL Game live on your computer or I think they had a deal for like $24.99 U.S. that you paid to get all games.

We have Major League Soccer here in the U.S. which is growing and as well although most American's will watch Football, Baseball, Basketball, Hockey, Golf, NASCAR and Tennis first before they would watch a soccer game the fact is the United States always seems to have our team make it into the World Cup.

The issues that American's have with soccer are......

#1. The Time Clock....American's cannot stand the fact that in soccer the ref's on the field keep the game time as well American's cannot stand the fact no one knows how much penalty time is left before the 60 minutes is over.

#2. Too Little Scoring.....American's also would like to see a SHOT CLOCK put into play in soccer sort of like in Basketball as a player must attempt a shot at the basket within so much time. In soccer I think perhaps players should have to get the ball over midfield within 30 seconds.

#3. Soccer Players Faking Injury......I think this one is what drives American's the most crazy. A soccer player is barely touched by a player on the other team and he flops on the ground screaming and crying like someone just shot him in the leg! LOL!!

#4. FIFA OFFICIALS......American's know and do not trust any FIFA officials as we know they are without a doubt the most corrupt orginization in sports right up their with the IOC or International Olympic Committee.
