    The problem with kavenaugh is his support of the surveilance state and erosion of the 4th amendment and personal liberty.
    Nobody seems to care, even the Dem leadership, as they hate personal liberty anyway.

    The repub leadership doesn't seem to care either.

    That is true, but in this case it isn't out of pure political malice, its out of pure concern for justice in america, or at least that is what she claims.

    A smear isn't true, but you wouldn't necessarily know that.

    Im sure she would be but does feinstein by giving the letter to the fbi Ford lose her anonymity? If she would have straight up question Kavanaugh in the hearing that outs her but giving the letter to the fbi does also?
