So... answer the question WHERE/WHEN DID THIS PHANTOM SUCKER PUNCH COME INTO EXISTENCE?!?!

So you are saying that a "gun shot to the chest" is less than a broken nose. OR are you saying that getting punched in the face is LIFE THREATENING and the person punching needs to be shot?

Scenario... I see someone in my neighbors house that isn't my neighbor. I call the police and they say stay in your house let the police handle it. But, me being an idiot and being on the Neighborhood Watch Committee decide to NOT listen to the "law" and take matters into my own hands. I walk over to my neighbors and wait for them to come into the street and stand between them and their car on the public streets, the person see me and punches me in my face AFTER I question them and impede and/or interrupt what they are doing - which was trying to get to their car (which is a misdemeanor offense here in Oregon). Should I:

A) Shoot them in the face.

B) Shoot them in the chest.

C) Take down license plate and wait for proper authorities

D) Cry

E) None of the above because I shouldn't have been over there to begin with, and stop being like a snoopy snatch and mind my own business when people aren't breaking the law...

It seems you are defending a nosey ninny neighbors (like the neighbors that have binoculars watching your every move) then when you are trying to take your kids to school, getting your mail, they question you about what your doing... So, if that happens and you punch them in the face, they have the right to kill you dead... Right?...

That's what you think is justice...? Someone impedes on YOUR PRIVATE SPACE and if you punch them for the invading - they have the right to shoot you dead...

You claimed that Zimmerman aggressively went up to Martin. I asked for your proof, and you are clamming up apparently.

You know what, I'll answer, but I expect to see your evidence of the aggressive approach of Z.

It came after Martin approached Zimmerman. There is nothing phantom about it. Are you unaware of Zimmerman's statements?

 

I thought we were talking about the assault at the beginning of the confrontation? Remember, between the sucker-punch and the gunshot, there was a sustained beating on the ground.

This rest of your post is wildly off the topic of the assault.

 

The question is senseless because you haven't shown us the proof that Zimmerman approached Martin in an aggressive manner.

 

I don't have a side it wasn't my son that was murdered. I just take great concern when I see an adult profile a teenager as "suspicious" and then that teenager ends up dead.

The amazing thing about this whole case is that the only reason he found him "suspicious" is because he was black. Please tell me how a teenager walking down the street talking on a cellphone looks "suspicious". Also the same folks defending Zimmeerman would have a totally different view had this teenager been white.
