Ugh, can't make heads or tails of this mish mash. Learn to use the quote function. Until then I'm not going to bother with you. Its obvious by now that you purposefully mess it up just to troll people. I will not respond to you any further.

And 63% say there should be restrictions

Thus RvW if you are going to go by public opinion, instead of the Constitution as I do, was properly repealed because it prevented those restrictions from being required.

If you don't know what "ZEF" references by now then why are you bothering to talk about abortion? ZEF = Zygote, Embryo, Fetus. Its an abbreviation. Much like FBI = Federal Bureau of Investigation.

"Person" is irrelevant. That is a spiritual argument that has no bearing on a government that is not supposed to deal with spiritual matters.

And every woman that voluntarily has sex knows that there are serious risks to getting pregnant, she accepts those risks every time she willingly has sex knowing she can get pregnant. And exceptions can be made for if the mothers life is at risk because that is a no win situation. One or the other will die so one must be chosen to live.

Trump's Activist Reactionarry SCOTUS Came Through for the Evangelicals who hated Trump but only voted for Trump to get judges...
I hope all of those 2016 Jill Stein voters are happy with the decision (that they helped create)...

States are represented in the Senate, the People are represented in the House. You know, how our system was designed to balance the interest of both.

If it's such a well known acronym, why doesn't it show up via the usual search engines? No offense intended, but I have to say, how snide you sound. How pompous. I'm eternally grateful that your views are minority views.

I wish for you to have daughters. I wish for one of them to become pregnant. I wish to be a fly on the wall when she tells you.

Outside of your own family (and even then, maybe), pregnancy and its result are none of your business.

Oh, how cute. Did you stand by the 'country's laws' before the recent decision?

    I have a daughter.

I don't control search engines. Not that you should need one. Look through out this thread. You'll see it being said by more people than just me.

And fyi...the majority of people believe that there should be restrictions on abortion. Admittedly not to the degree that I do. But as a ZEF's is recognized as not being "sub-human" more and more, their Rights will start to be enforced more and more. Just as it was with slavery.

And protecting life should be everyone's business. In fact it is our governments business to ensure that peoples Rights are upheld. INCLUDING the Right to Life.

LOLOLOL here it comes the " I can't address your post or answer those INCVONVENIENT questions so I'll pretend I can't quote you WHILE I QUOTE YOU!!"""

Now use the quote function as you have been doing all along until you couldn't address my posts and address this :
Do you really claim that getting pregnant is a crime that should be punished by the woman losing her human rights ?

So you DO claim getting pregnant is a crime punishable by loss of rights ( MAKING THEM LESS THAN HUMAN ) and subject to death or life in prison for getting pregnant....

How about the man who made her pregnant....why don't you want men to suffer.

BTW, NO woman on earth can CHOOSE to get pregnant ....try BIOLOGY....

A woma can have sex a thousand times each time choosing to get pregnant but it does NOT work like that .....goodGAWD read up on pregnancy...

You have already confessed to being pro abortian, so everything else you wrote just irrelevent. People like you just write poor policy.
Sex via coercion is rape, so with your one exception you have nullified every anti abortion law that could be written. In order to get an abortion all a woman has to say is she was raped.

You arnt pro life, you are a hippocritical pretender. That one exception allows a woman to have an abortion after 10 weeks if she decides to prosecute and wait for the investigation. If she doesn't want to wait, then she can have it anytime she finds out she's pregnant just sleeping with the primary bread winner in the house hold who threatens to kick her out for refusing sex.

By your own logic, you shouldn't get to murder person C because person A violated your rights.

    Amendment X
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

That last phrase, or to the people, is what is being overlooked by the 5 radical members of the Supreme Court and the Red states. In their readings, they stop reading when they see "...reserved to the States." They do not see the "or to the people."

For them the people do not count. Why do they hate women so much? Why do they treat woman as livestock, by taking control of their reproductive organs?

BTY, they did have abortions in biblical times. Also the born baby was not recognized until 30 days after birth, at the christening. The death rate from many causes was high. So if it died with in that 30 days, the death was not questioned.
For some reason many more girl babies died during this period than boy babies. Abortion after the fact. Women back then were valued mostly for their ability to produce boy babies. That backward thinking is still prevalent today in the religious far Right.

And still no concern for the woman's life.

You and I will never agree on this issue. I'm in agreement with most people that until viability, a fetus is not a person. I'm in agreement with most people that if a pregnancy goes sideways in some manner that poses a threat to a woman's life, an abortion is a valid remedy. I'm in agreement with most people that raped little girls, as well as raped grown women, should not be forced by the state to carry her rapist's fetus to term. I'm in agreement with most people that fetal malformations or diseases that aren't detectable until 22 to 25 weeks (fortunately rare) should not be prevented from aborting what would likely be a short, painful life.

But mostly, I'm in agreement with most people that the 4th Amendment guarantee of privacy should apply to all Americans, even women of childbearing age. As I keep having to repeat in as many ways as I can find: unless it is taking place in your body, it's none of your business.

I see that as a hierarchy. If the Federal Government is not enumerated with the power, then it defaults to the State to determine. If the state elects not to address it, then the people decide on their own.

Are you suggesting the premise of the entirety of the 10th amendment based on 4 words?

Now, this is just dramatic emotional non-sense.

Allowing the States to determine legal requirements for abortion in compliance with the Constitution is not "hating women".

Im not religious but nice try.

Im a Constitutionalist, and the Constitution is clear. The States have the fundamental right to determine what is legal for abortions in their jurisdiction, and if they don't make a ruling then the people decide.

None of that changes the Constitutionality of the decision which was right on the mark.

You should read some more of my posts on the subject. I agree that anyone that's been raped should be allowed an abortion also. That is why I often stress my points with "voluntarily has sex" and such. I'm open to the malformations you talk about, haven't decided fully on those, though if it can be proven, scientifically that the baby would just live in pain for a short time I'd have no problem with aborting it. I also agree with you on saving the womans life and aborting the baby. My posts on the subject have explained my stances on rape and the life of the woman.

However, the 4th Amendment does not protect someone that kills another human. Hence why we have murder charges.

Yes, a woman can claim rape. And if it is found out that the woman lied through an investigation then there will be consequences.

So tie up the already over burdened criminal system with even more frivolous accusations.
You know how long it takes to exonerate an accused man? His babies life is already ruined just because the woman regrets her decision, so now he has to face a rape charge as well?
Think about it for a second..The type of girl that would get an abortion for convenience is not going to be slowed down by having to make up a crime on an innocent person.
Great policy you guys got there.

If you expect things to be perfect you will fail. But like it or not the Right to Life exists. Should we just ignore it just because of people that lie, cheat, and kill?

Couple of things. 1: Striking down RvW brought the issue back to the States. And who controls those States? State Governments. And who controls the State governments? The People. You DO know that State governments are set up the same way as the Federal government right? Just on a smaller scale. They all have their own HoR, Senate, and Governor (what is referred to as "President" on a federal level). So The People of each State have their say. 2: SCOTUS is not supposed to rule based on what The People say. They're supposed to rule on the law. That is why they are not elected, but appointed. "Hate" has nothing to do with it one way or another.

Also, by striking down RvW and leaving it up to the States they have made it to where The People have a more direct say in abortion.

My personal decision is not relevant. Facts are. Rights are. Rule of Law is.
