What I love is seeing how the NFL is trying really hard to get rednecks back. I hope all their new sjw fans have to grit their teeth every time they see the NFL pander to the military

Here is a better example. You enjoy pizza but you don't value free speech. You disagree with the chef's opinion and so you don't eat pizza.

This isn't complicated. Kill the game. You will be saving the brains of thousands or millions of young Americans.

It probably won't be long before football will be illegal for children anyway. No responsible adult would send their kid onto a football field knowing what we know today.

Funny that righties are more worried about flags than their children's brains.

Don't stand for the flag? Kill the game!!!!

Do brain damage to children and young adults? Okay, we can live with that. Just give me my beer.

You gotta love rednecks for their consistency.

You mean on house arrest right?

The corrupt Dem scumbags are trying to set the trial date for May 2018.

Surprise surprise, right during the heat of election season.

    Gee I wonder why.

Could it have anything to do with the judge Muller picked?

    -Obama appointee.
-Violated the religious rights of the Catholic Church with an Obamacare birth control ruling.
-Gave Jesse Jackson Jr 30 months when he should have gotten 9 years.
-Tossed out wrongful death cases against Hillary Clinton even though legal experts from around the nation agreed it had substance to be heard.

Amazing, isn't it, using such a dangerous abuse of judicial authority to grab power.

    Pretty fascist wouldn't you say?

One of my favorite players in the league has a mother who used to be a gangmember. Not father, mother.

Concussions might reduce the number of white kids who play ball, so maybe less white QBs or Olinemen in the future, but it's not going to reduce the amount of black kids who play.

I suppose you would have some kind of point if children were kneeling for the anthem

Instead it's grown up millionaire ingrates who are acting like children.

Los Angeles has never had an extreme supportive market for the NFL, so this is not news.

Also I notice the pictures on the image source I quoted have teams that have always had either weak or average fan support at best since the teams aren't that great. Compared to say, Gillette Stadium.

LA is a waste of space for the NFL.

The primary issue with the NFL isn't the kneeling. It's lack of competition. The same ******ned teams win over and over and over and fans are sick of it. Why watch when the same teams win constantly? It's a waste.

As someone who's actually been to games, halftime is generally when fans leave to go take a bathroom break or get food from the stands, so empty seats at that point in the game make sense. Not to mention that the Bears are not a winning team anyway.

Indeed. There's a reason the Chargers and Rams both left LA all those years ago, as well as the Raiders.

Right. It's got limited ability to produce fans.

I still think Brady/Pats are the worst think for the NFL. They have been so dominant for so long that it's an annoyance to bother anymore. For the second time in 10 years consecutively I will not be hosting a superbowl party, since it's just a nuisance to see the same people and same face going on 16 years now.

Good. Nothing but a collection of thugs and hoodlums nobody should let their kids watch anyway. Now that many of them have come out as traitors and support assassinating police officers over some fake left wing propaganda, there are no excuses now for continuing to subsidize them or keep making the low life thugs millionaires. The owners themselves aren't any better than their polled livestock on the field are.

Ticket prices for most pro sports are ridiculous, especially after all the taxpayer funded welfare spending these billionaire team owners get. My Dad could afford to take half the neighborhood kids to see a pro baseball or basketball game a couple times a year; we went every time the team played at home.

Football wasn't nearly as popular when I was a kid, so we didn't go to those; strictly low rent, barely ranked above wrestling.

I've seen people more stay in the stands while it snowed before this PR disaster occurred.

And? The unpopular teams are going to feel it the worst

If you're waiting for the Patriots to have empty seats, then you are waiting for the complete end of football

Oh yeah theyre famous for that

Freezing temperatures and nothing but body paint

Now it rains and the left is acting like that's a good excuse

That, coming from a Packers fan, shows he ain't no real Packers fan

Teams like the Browns, 49ers, and Bears are expected to have empty seats because between the 3 of them there's a whopping 4 wins, and no one wants to go see teams that are perpetual losers. Teams like the Pats, Packers and Cowboys on the other hand seem to be doing fine because they have a culture of winning behind them.

Why not post pictures at the end of third quarter? Why? Because if you did that there would be more people in the stands and wouldn't support your narrative.

One problem...the NFL isn't a sport. Football is immensely popular and will always be.

People were mad and stayed away from MLB after the players strike but they came back. So, too, will politicized butthurt NFL fans.

I noticed you didn't mention the continuing injury/concussion epidemic in football as a reason viewership may have gone down...

This is weak criticism. When has the NFL ever *not* had a dominant team? In the 70's it was all Pittsburgh, Dallas, Miami. In the 80's to mid 90's it was all SF, NYG, Wash, Dallas.
