Slung, not carried in the hands, would be my guess.

Why? Next door Vermont already has constitutional carry and open carry, and they haven't had any problems.

Why New Hampshire? There are plenty of open/constitutional carry states where this has not been a problem.
Do you think that states with constitutional or open carry are provoking terrorists?

Terrorists don't open carry. Have you noticed that?
They always conceal the firearm until they are ready to attack.

True, but it likely won't be gun related unless you are a gang banger, or involved in drugs slinging in inner cities.

Why? Concealing until the moment of attack seems to work well for them and gives them the tactical advantage.

No, they will continue to choose gun-free zones, as they have in the past.

Are you suggesting that terrorists do not carry firearms in an illegal manner already?

He believes Terrorists obey Laws !
Twaddle, as more States uphold the Constitution, and affirm Constitutional Carry, Crime will continue to decrease, something certain groups do not want.

Pray tell what are you even suggesting? How would not requiring a concealed carry permit do anything in affecting whether or not a terrorist attack is carried out in the state of New Hampshire, when terrorists are not utilizing this setup in other states for the purpose of furthering their goals and agendas? There is not a single example of a terrorist attack to be found, in states that do not require a concealed carry permit for legally carrying a firearm in a concealed manner.

Beyond such, the terrorist attacks in the nation of France, in response to the cartoons printed by the Charlie Hebdo magazine, demonstrate that there is no level of rules sufficient for presenting a terrorist attack from occurring, or even slowing it down. If terrorists can procure machine guns in the nation of France, despite its strict firearm-related restrictions, then there is nothing that the united states can do that would achieve any better results.

Don't confuse Anti-Gun advocates with facts, on this forum it can well get you threatened, sanctioned and eventually banned.

Yes because in states where it's illegal to carry a firearm zero terrorism has occurred.

Terrorists always obey gun laws. So do criminals.

You mean like San Bernardino, CA?

    Good question.

Why do we let them in the country?

Hmmm, I remember you posting a picture of a Badge ( high level ) green background, in connection with a story about you showing it to a woman for some forgotten reason, now you sound Anti Law Enforcement, very strange.

You don't hold your rifle anywhere. You have your rifle sling. Besides, even if the cops are called as long as you're not belligerent the encounter will be rather pleasant.

Duh! He obviously saw the light and recanted all of his pro police rhetoric. After all being a deputy director gives you a behind the scenes view that we peasants will never be able to see.
