No mention of the MAGA teen murdered for disagreeing with 41 yo?

Evidently, there is evidence that this is a racist hate crime, including the use of a racial slur prior to the killing.

Really? An MSNBC analyst called it a wartime address. And even though the lightning was an accident, the tone, rhetoric and voice used gave clear indications of a war time speech. It's not helped with the fact that 48 hours prior to the speech, he referenced f-15's(as he has done numerous times in the past) to not only mock 2nd amendment rights, but it's chilling that he thinks in this fashion.

Imagine if Trump engaged in this rhetoric, saying that for example 'Liberals don't need the second amendment' or something of the likes. i think I hear impeachment #4 LOL. I don't think we're at impeachment, but I do think one of the first things Kevin McCarthy should do if the Repubs retake the House is to censure the President.

Even Republicans in the Senate felt intimidated by the speech.

 

So, is this a new never before crime of "drunk while committing a hate crime"?

Sounds premeditated to me. A walking civilian posses zero risk to a vehicle operator and I hope the guy gets the death penalty. I also couldnt care less if he has a job or a family he cares about because he obviously didn’t care about this kids family or job. I hope the judge feels the same way. This guy should get the death penalty. Period!

So his post was really about black posters and their supporters not spreading the news that a white person was killed by another white person not about the killing itself. My mistake was that I didn't understand that this was really about race.

I didn't think it was good that he made the comment about Repubs. He should have never said it. But while I think it was dumb of him to say, I certainly don't believe he "authorized the killing of all maga republicans". That's a tad over the top.

That's not exactly what happened. Based on what's come out so far the driver may well have been intoxicated but the homicide was unquestionably intentional.
